There was no socket next to the 3rd bed in our 3-bed-room.

Location was great just near the train station and walking to distance to the city center.

Booked 3 beds - given 2 beds

Good location

I have booked 1 double bed +1 bunk bedroom. They have given only 1 double bedroom. They said it was their system problem. Truly unacceptable!!!! Additionally - their vending machine doesn't work well. After charging the amount for water- instead of pushing down to the collection bin it pushed backward (however the receptionist fixed it). But it needs to be maintained well.

Very close to the train station. Breakfast was served early (from 6h30). The bed was very comfortable.

You could hear the trains arriving. The room had a bit of a weird smell.

Buffet Breakfast was so bad, no hot food except boiled egg. No many choices. Croissant was run out before 0900. When asked the staff no more available. Same next day. Room were very small.

They specify parking in main description. and when confronted they said street parking applies and all hotels do this, we ended up paying additional 78 euros for parking, if known we would never have booked here. In the desciption lower down they do mentioned other parking and costs, but how can they say parking when none exists for the hotel!!!!

Window not opening. Room too small. No slippers. Poor breakfast. Hair dryer provided only after asked, and with deposit. Water boiler only provided when asked and not allowed to room. NOT suitable for families. Room was not well lit.

Very well located. Easy to find. Very convinient. The breakfast is simple but everything of good quality. There is no iron nor hair dryer in the room but you can ask for one at the reception. Very clean.

I was alone in a triple room. The room was very small, but enough for a single person. For three people it might have been to tight.

The price and location were good.

No air conditioning, window latch broken so couldn't open it, vending machines broken, tea/coffee machine out of order. It was impossible to sleep and we had to get up and walk to the railway station to buy water. The window looks out on a wall. Generally not a good experience.

We had a room for 3 people, with the bunk bed on top. Everything was functional, everything necessary was provided, very easy check-in, we saw no problems at all.

Location is the best, just outside the Leuven train station. If you are carrying luggage you need to find a way to reach the train station with elevator which is little bit complicated.
