A lovely oasis by a park.

Lovely hosts, very well furnished and nicely decorated studio - it felt like home. Good quality kitchen facilities gave a luxerious feeling. Good energies at the place - I slept better than at home. Lovely park with bird life just outside - for walks, jogging, biking. Garden at the back of the house - lovely in spring/summer/autumn. Calm surroundings, still close to city center.

Exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed staying at Studio's Park a lot, it was exactly what we were looking for: a quiet spot close to town, with free parking and all amenities provided. The room was really spacious and exceeded our expectations, highly recommended!

Owners Eric and Denise a sweet older couple. Wonderfully big and clean suite, totally private. Safe storage for our bicycles overnight. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Well done!

peaceful, comfortable, amazing

Abijstraat Park B&B studios were phenomenal! The location is serene, with the abbey ponds and monastery just out the front windows/door. The walking paths were as delightful as the chimes from the church were lovely. The apartment is well appointed with all that one would need to make light preparation of meals (including pans/utensils/plates). Exceptionally clean and beautifully remodeled. Parking included and always available. Easy come and go access. Best feature was the hosts, who were kindhearted and remarkably attentive to needs of guests. They had stocked the fridge with fresh homemade jam, bread, coffee/milk/sugar. Fully recommend and will stay no where else in Leuven on future visits.

Visit Leuven

Great place with a big studio filled with all you needed for the stay. The hosts was kind and we was always felling welcomed. The garden was filled with nice sculpures and the breakfast was super. Close to centrum for a walk about 3km but you can borrow a bike if you want.

Excelente alojamiento a las afueras de Lovaina

Los anfitriones son encantadores. Es un apartamento con todas las comodidades y mucho espacio. La cama es muy grande y cómoda. Limpieza excepcional. Está situado a las afueras de Lovaina, ideal si vas en tu propio coche porque puedes aparcar sin problema en la puerta. Está al lado de un parque muy grande que es perfecto para salir a caminar o correr. No las utilizamos pero tienen bicis disponibles con las que moverse por la ciudad. Excelente en todos los sentidos.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Betten und die ganze Ausstattung waren perfekt und sauber. Schöner Garten, ruhige Wohngegend. Bushaltestelle ganz nah und direkt an der Abtei. Fahrräder durften genutzt werden.

Prima lokatie, vriendelijke ontvangst met uitleg van het appartement. Tevens wat uitleg van de omgeving. Dit verblijf is zeker aan te bevelen. Ongeveer 2 km lopen naar het centrum, wij hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt.

Misleidende info.Gewoon woonhuis met boven studio’s !!!!

Studio zelf was oké

Een hoop info en foto’s van omgeving verderop maar het belangrijkste komt niet over op de site. Het is gewoon een vrijstaand huis in een rustige straat waar ze boven 2 (?) studio’s hebben gemaakt. Je komt binnen via voordeur dus geen eigen opgang. Wij hadden de studio aan voorkant (niks uitzicht over vijver en monument was topje van de abdij (zie foto). Als je in de tuin wilde zitten moest je trap midden in huis af en om huis heen lopen. Daar zat je op grote terras maar wel voor hun achterraam. Twee keer gratis fiets gebruikt. Handig maar niet geschikt voor tochtjes. De ene was rem stuk bij de andere de versnellingen. Privé parkeren is gewoon parkeren op straat. Was ons niet duidelijk dat verblijf boven bij mensen thuis was en dat je niet direct naar buiten kon voelde benauwend. Een nacht eerder naar huis gegaan.

Ideaal verblijf om na verkenning van stadsleven Leuven, terug tot rust te komen nabij de abdij!

Ideale locatie om Leuven met de fiets te verkennen. De wandeling rond de vijvers naar de abdij mét leuke brasserie (+ mooi terras aan de vijver) is een aanrader! Supervriendelijke eigenaars! Alles was ook voorhanden voor evt. selfcatering (zelf maakten we hiervan geen gebruik).

Alles was écht naar wens.

Ευγενέστατοι ιδιοκτήτες που φροντίζουν με αγάπη τα διαμερίσματά τους. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά μέσα στο πράσινο. Είναι από τα πιο καθαρά και συγυρισμένα διαμερίσματα που νοικιάσαμε. Είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένο με πίνακες και έργα τέχνης. Σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.
