Great hotel , staff , and location , yummy breakfast with good hot and cold choices .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel and liked the ambiance in evening in the bar area . It has a nice bar / club feel .

The carpets in the bedroom and the hall area need urgently replacing . They are grubby and dirty and made the room , which was actually very clean feel dirty .

Very convenient and fine for a couple of nights in Leuven.

The location and breakfast were both excellent.

The WiFi was terrible. It dropped out completely very often. I told the staff but nothing improved. Also the interior finish is a little tired with many stains on the carpet.

All the staff were extremely helpful, upbeat, friendly and polite Breakfast was very comprehensive and very tasty the location was brilliant. The room was very good. I liked the fact that there was counter space to put my suitcase, that the bed was so large even though i was on my own in the room, bathroom facilities good. a greater selection of teas would have been nice.

The lights were a law unto themselves. You never knew which one would go off or come on!!

Lovely place in the heart of Leuven within walking distance to all restaurants and sights of this town. The room was well appointed, decorated in a lovely fashion, and the bed and bathroom, were quite comfortable. Would stay here again.

Location was perfect to explore Leuven. Few mins walk from Town hall, University library and tower , Oute Market . Very convenient and clean. Recommend "Oats all day " cafe around the corner

Taxi can't drive all the way up to the hotel. Hotel sends a lot of spam! I received roughly 15 e-mails, text messages and WhatsApp messages for just 1 night stay. They should really limit the amount of "information" they sent before and after a stay.

I've been here many times over the years, even during the pandemic. It's a good location.

The staff is really what makes a place great. Always friendly and helpful. I love the location of the site, and the breakfasts are sufficient in options.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, though I do wish the cleaning staff would replace coffees more often. The hotel offers a "green program" but the cleaning staff often forgets to refill the coffees and teas. Biggest complaint is the wireless. While this is vastly improved from previous trips, I would prefer to have dedicated bandwidth by paying a little extra. This would be ideal for those of us on business travel.
