Excellent location, spacious room and bathroom, also great super sized bed offering comfortable sleeping. Good sound isolation windows.
The furniture and the carpets are worn out. The curtain had holes in it. Staff is super tired. The hotel is trying to project a cool image but staff is overloaded at the reception/bar and lacks basic hospitality attitude (greeting clients, smile, wish a good day etc). Reception are is dark and overcrowded as it is a bar as well, not at all inviting or modern…

Very cold in the room when we arrived but that was solved easily with the radiator. The bathroom need more cleaning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel and liked the ambiance in evening in the bar area . It has a nice bar / club feel .
The carpets in the bedroom and the hall area need urgently replacing . They are grubby and dirty and made the room , which was actually very clean feel dirty .

Very convenient and fine for a couple of nights in Leuven.
The location and breakfast were both excellent.
The WiFi was terrible. It dropped out completely very often. I told the staff but nothing improved. Also the interior finish is a little tired with many stains on the carpet.

All the staff were extremely helpful, upbeat, friendly and polite Breakfast was very comprehensive and very tasty the location was brilliant. The room was very good. I liked the fact that there was counter space to put my suitcase, that the bed was so large even though i was on my own in the room, bathroom facilities good. a greater selection of teas would have been nice.
The lights were a law unto themselves. You never knew which one would go off or come on!!
