We recently stayed at this hotel and were generally pleased with our experience, although there were a few surprises. Unfortunately, we were not aware at the time of booking that our room was located one floor up from the lift, requiring us to navigate a final set of narrow stairs, one of which was broken. This could be challenging for some guests. The layout of the family room was somewhat unusual and might not be ideal for everyone, though it was just about suitable for our close-knit family. The see-through shower door is also something one might need to get accustomed to. On a positive note, the breakfast was very nice, with a good variety of options available. Parking was convenient, though it needs to be pre-booked. There was a bit of a mix-up with our request, but thankfully, a space was found for us.Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas that could benefit from some attention.

Hotel is in a convenient location just a 10 minute walk from the old city center. The area is cute, near a lovely church. It is a steep uphill walk however to leave the hotel. So if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. Breakfast was very nice quality, fresh and delicious, including croissants, bacon, fresh nutella muffins, etc. Unfortunately, no coffee or tea facilities in the room! This was a shock! The rooms are also not very dark as a light beams in through the bathroom window and glass door, as well as several led lights coming from the television etc. It was quiet and I was undisturbed by noise. One of the bed sheets was stained by small red specks, like rust and there were several hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom which was unsavory. There was no conditioner offered in the shower and the hot water took several minutes of running to turn on. The staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant! I needed an iron and ironing board and it was immeadiately brought to my room, which I appreciated!

A very nice hotel close to the Leuven city center. A warm elcome and a nice room. The building has charme (small hallways) and the room was spacious and nice. There was a great shower in the bathroom. The only downside and that is not the fault of the hotel is that Leuven is a universit city and there wer quite some noisy groups of students walking by throughout the night.

Central, quiet, clean, fresh and modern hotel. A real true 3 stars . Good breakfast with home cooked scrambled eggs. Basic bread and small choice of different hams and cheeses. Receptionist and all staff very friendly.

On the three occasions we stayed there, the staff were friendly and helpful each time. The breakfast is good. The rooms are well equipped. The parking is excellent and very convenient for exploring Leuven. There was nothing we didn't like.

The front desk is very helpful because they serve breakfast every morning. Making a trip much more affordable. And most importantly they are available on sundays to check you out in the morning. That’s because in Leuven many businesses are closed on sundays so it is difficult to travel without pre-arrangements. The hotel is very convenient and safe.

Rooms are extremely old, with a very strong old smell. It was unbearable, even with the windows open I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was so old that the water from the shower was barely passing through. Almost no electricity plugs. The room was not able to lock. I’ve never had such a bad experience in a hotel.

When my boyfriend and I were taking a rest in the room, a cleaner unlocked the door with her key without knocking the door, and opened it. She just entered room and claimed that she left something in the room. She left my room in a minute and I didn’t bother to report it to the reception. After a while, another cleaner opened the door with her key again without knocking and insisted that she was looking for something she left in the room. In the end she left without apology. This is unbelievably disturbing. What’s going on in this hotel?

I loved the location. Since everything is within walking distance. The staff, all the staff from the front dest to the cleaning staff...the hostess and host during the breakfast. Sweet! I wish there was a place for changing dollars to euros. My son and I had to take a train to Brussells to find a Western Union. Difficult because it was bad wrather. Your hotel is wonderful.

I arrived at the hotel after 3:00pm, the room is not ready and waited for half hour. However, the staff was friendly and asked if I needed a couple of coffee or tea. The facility in the room is old, the room service was just OK. Hotel location is good.
