Very comfortable bed, clean and bright hotel and great location for the football stadium.

The bed was very comfortable, the hotel is bright and clean and location is excellent for the football stadium and its not far to walk into the main town and the train station.

The open plan bathroom offers no privacy. Despite having to pay for an expensive room as the cheaper ones had sold out we were surprised that we were only provided with one cup (we did obtain another at reception), two coffee sachets, two teabags, two milks and two sugars for the entirety of our stay which covered one afternoon, overnight and the next morning. These had to be shared between two of us. We have stayed at this hotel before in a cheaper room and were very impressed. I don't feel the extra cost was warranted although the room was bigger.

Insane lack of separation between the sleeping and bathroom areas.

Quiet and well-positioned near to the centre of Leuven. Easy parking. But the positives were hugely outweighed by the negatives - see below.

The see-through between the shower/bathroom area is just terrible. Aside from the lack of privacy, if you want to use them during the night - this involves turning your on the light in the whole room, disturbing anyone who is sleeping. What an insane plan! What kind of insane architect came up with this idea - and why would a hotel not see the obvious flaws? Also only cardboard cups instead of proper glasses and cups was crappily downmarket.

The property is well located for a quiet stay. There are restaurants nearby. There are parks, sights, and recreation nearby. There is a parking lot and access to public transportation. The hotel restaurant is good (breakfast). The garden is lovely.

The nearby grocery store closed early.

Beautiful setting. Easy walk in to centre. Tidy rooms.

A lot of construction going on so a lot of noise.. but that is understandable. Wasn't impressed by the unexplained smell in our room. Staff told us the next morning they would have happily moved us to another room but we were only staying one night.

Wonderful place.

This is really fantastic place. Very comfortable and just one minute Groote Bejignage streets. And just 5-10 minutes from the famous Oude Markt, city hall and all beautiful parts of Leuven. On foot of course. Breakfast is good.

It is difficult to find any bad memories. If I would like to be very picky than I would like to have a bottle opener and a shoehorn there.

A modern hotel right next to a unique historical site

Hotel in a lovely location, right next to the historical "Groot Begijnhof", an absolute highlight in Leuven and unique heritage site. The staff was very helpful, including to cancel a nonrefundable booking I had accidentally made for the wrong date.

Not much to dislike, breakfast not included and the room was a bit dark due to small window size.

It was really quiet surrounding yet very near the center. Very comfortable bed, we slept really well. All the people in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Good and fresh breakfast. Higly recommend this hotel.
