Stay was great until the day we checked out and the front desk guy was rude.

Proximity to the train station.

When we checked in the lady that checked us in was great. She clearly saw that we were 4 people and took all four passports. She informed us that we had free breakfast. We only went for breakfast on the last day. When we went to get a table the hostess talked to the front desk and he said he had to charge us an extra $87 city tax for extra person and pay for breakfast. Being a hotel owner this is unacceptable. Plus this young man at the desk was very rude and gave us attitude instead of trying to diffuse the situation and show some empathy.

Central location, friendly and helpful staff

Staff were most helpful. Also, I had to catch a train from the station which is right next door. Incidentally the insulation is excellent - I heard no noise from the railway.

The room was barely warm enough. They seem aware of the problem and lent me a fan heater but it made little difference.

Good hotel for professional meetings in Leuven.

Very good location close to Train station. Friendly staff at reception.

Very strange too strict control during breakfast (funny, strange and unpleasant at the same time). There is no refrigerator in the room. The staff took out one key (card) from the rom without permission leaving us with only one key: or no light in the room or no elevator :)

Enjoyable town and friendly people

Location was very good. Breakfast was good and well organised. Pleasant staff.

Shower was nice and hot and powerful but a shower curtain would be nice as the spray was almost uncontrollable and the water went everywhere.

The front desk staff were really accommodating

The location wasn’t good for me The room was not really clean , towels were old and housekeeping staff on my departure morning didn’t respect the Don’t Disturb sign on the door, just opening the door.

breakfast, soundproofed, gym, staff: this is the perfect stay in Louvain!

Extensive and high-quality international breakfast (yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, savory and sweet options) – impeccable daily cleaning – very comfortable bed. Nice staff all around. The hotel is right in front of the station, but everything is soundproofed (perfect for those sensitive to noise). I also went to the gym (free for guests) every day. I stayed 9 days for work, and it felt like a vacation, fantastic!

Airco was broken. I was told it "just takes time to work," but it never did.

Nice modern designed hotel. Large rooms, very large bathrooms and very nice to have a separate toilet. Just above the station and close to a bike parking and rental spot.easy check-out available.

three people in room but only enough supplies for two people, such as towels, glasses, teas, coffees. lack of pillows as well. food selection poor and expensive

Great location. Better then most places in Leuven.

Location is great with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was fresh and coffee was good. The place was clean and staff were always friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Value is good for Leuven.

Could of had more pillows. (only 2). Room service did not fill the coffee each day. All minor things but would have been nice.

Great location just next to the train station; direct train connection to most famous cities; excellent noise isolation.

Not sure about the value for money: EUR 730 for 5 nights without breakfast (but I travelled during the 1st May weekend, which is probably busy time)

I'd say everything was pretty great. The room was very good, the air was fresh, no odd smells, no noises etc. The breakfast was lovely, and the lobby is good for chilling there in the afternoon. Location is exceptional, you basically exit right into the railway station. I would book again.

We did not really need to use the aircon since the air in the room was good, but when I tried to turn it on, I couldn't get it to work.

Very well isolated - you cannot hear or feel vibrations from any nearby trains at the station.

Parking is completely separated business, no hotel discount nor reserved spots.
