A Unique Gem in the Heart of Leuven
My third time staying here, and I was reminded again why it’s such a special place to stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its unique decor. It’s a joy to discover a new, artistically designed room with every stay. The rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. The bed is outstanding, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom and toiletries are noticeably high quality. The provided earplugs are another thoughtful inclusion (handy on livelier nights given the central location). It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the details. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Leuven, surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of restaurants. The complimentary drink at the bar downstairs is a great touch. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the local vibe. Just a heads up, you might find it hard to leave! Finally, the self check-in system is remarkably easy, quick, and convenient, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Perfect location, Nice staff, need to improve cleaning standards
We stayed in the comic room. The concept was very nice, modern decoration, good lighting, comfortable bed, big bathroom. The location is perfect, close to the main restaurants and cafes. Only 15 min walking to the main train station. You can go to all the main places of the city walking. The self check-in was very easy, and the staff gave all the instructions very clear and always with a fast response. A big plus was the possibility to use the lockers before the official check-in hours and after check-out as well. Moreover, really nice that in the first floor there was a machine with free mineral water that could always be used to refill your bottle.
The cleaning of the room was below expectations. You could notice on the lamps next to the bed that the dust of the room was not removed. In the bathroom, the sink was not properly cleaned since there was hair on it. I would seriously consider change the sink design currently used, because the square sink is not practical and functional at all. It easily accumulate dirt on the corners, plus the sink accumulate lot of water and the sink drain must be clogged or defective, because the water drains really slow. Moreover, the sink is too shallow, so it easily spills water everywhere when opening the tap. About the tap, it’s too small and it’s hight difference between the tip and the sink bottom is too narrow that it’s hard to wash the hands properly and not make a mess spilling by water.

Elani is wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. My flight was canceled at the last minute. Elani helped me book additional nights and even arranged for me to be able to stay in the same room. She was helpful during a stressful situation!
