Perfect location and great for 4 people

Acceptable for the price

The room was acceptable, although it contained rather old furniture. It was very quiet. For the price it was acceptable.

The location of the Reception is half a floor up from the ground floor and half a floor down from the first floor. This meant that I had to drag my luggage up and down one flight of stairs. I guess it wasn't a major inconvenience, but after a long trip, it isn't the best.

Well situated hotel in the center of Leuven

The hotel is perfectly situated in Leuven's city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The breakfast was decent with no complaints—simple but satisfying. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room had an unpleasant smell that detracted from the experience, and the hotel could use some renovation to modernize the facilities. Overall, the price was higher than could be expected for the room we got.

Horrendous

Location but nothing more

There was a strong sewage smell in the room so we had to close the bathroom door and leave windows open at all times. We got stuck in the tiny lift late at night for 1.5 hours - no answer from emergency number and no staff were in the hotel. Leaving us no option but to call the fire brigade to rescue us

Great location in the centre of Leuven

Excellent central location, simple but nice breakfast, the elevator was much appreciated getting bags up to the third floor! Our room had an upstairs “bedroom” with 4 beds that worked well for our purposes.

The bathroom was cramped and the shower had a tendency to leak water over the floor. The chair and couch “downstairs” weren’t particularly comfortable to sit on.

Staff were really wonderful and helpful. I hesitate to say anything bad about the hotel because they were trying their best in a bad situation.

The room was shabby. For instance the cover of the desk chair was peeling off, revealing dirty stuffing, the carpets were stained and the bathmat really grubby. Lighting was poor. Not enough electrical sockets. The parent company needs to invest more to make this charmingly located hotel a place that people want to go back to. I hope my feedback reaches them.

Bad experience

The location in the city.

The hotel rooms are too old, as well as the corridors. Smell old. The furnitures are very old and ugly. The room was on the courtyard, but it was impossible to open the window due to the odour of the restaurant downstairs.

Location is great. Right in the canter of Leuven. Parking was close by and the discounted rate was very good.

Very suitable for experiencing Leuven

The location is at a walking distance from the main station, it's close to many bus stops and main attractions as well as restaurants & supermarkets. The breakfast has good options for vegetarians as well. They have a wide variation of teawhich was 😋. The room is suitable, have all what you need ( a fan , a mini bar ).

Location is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast room is very nice.

Room #12 was awful - cabinet door where fridge is located, were broken, bathroom door lock was not working, bathroom floor out of bath got wet when taking shower (leaking), closet (outside look) in a room was quite bad quality. There was only 1 body lotion available for 2 persons. As staff was friendly, upon our request in the next day they put us in the room #23 which was much nicer and a bit bigger, with better quality furniture and bathroom. View from the window was very nice, although it was very noisy from the street.

Comfortable, convenient, great breakfast.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from the M museum, the location of my conference, and steps from the cathedral, town hall and other attractions. Big, clean, comfortable room. Very complete breakfast in a lovely breakfast room.

Street-facing room=noise early in the morning. Not great for a light sleeper.

Nice convenient hotel in excellent location!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Hotel is very convenient as it’s situated in the city center, directly outside lovely shops and delicious cafes. Our standard room was ok for a two-night stay. Room was basic and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious, generous, and of quality. Friendly and accommodating staff.

My room was located street side ; where there was too much noise , also during the night , and starting very early in the morning. Impossible to sleep with open window. So , at night , it was much too hot in the room ..;
