Great place, superb restaurant

Great family-owned hotel at a picturesque square some 10 minutes from central Leuven. Really great restaurant that serves dishes from multiple European and Asian cuisine. Quality is outstanding.

Good location. There’s a bus stop near the hotel which takes about 15 minutes to reach historic town of Leuven. The room has everything you need for a few nights, bed quite comfortably.

This was our second stay and we will certainly come back,

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The hotel is only a short walk away from the train station and you can easily get to Leuven or Brussels. I also recommend the hotel's restaurant and their huge offer of dishes.

Superb

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The stay itself was spacious and very well furnished. You basically have everything you need in it. The breakfast could have had more variety. The restaurant nevertheless was exceptional. The chef customised our order to the liking of our taste buds and to be honest, the food was better than some very highly rated restaurants. There is a big free public parking in front of the hotel. We were able to find parking inspite of arriving quite late. Absolute recommendation.

Lovely hotel and goodhelpful staff

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the evening meal we had at the hotel was lovely also. There is a very good choice of menu options for dinner and the prices are reasonable for both food and drinks.

The wifi didn't work in our room on the 2nd floor (although it worked fine in the reception/eating area on the ground floor and other guests who were staying on the 1st floor said that it was working for them). The breakfast selection was a little disappointing, because we hadn't been made aware that only a cold buffet would be available.

Nice hotel, amazing staff

I booked a room without breakfast, but the next morning, I wanted to have a coffee before leaving. So I ordered and when I asked to pay, the girl at the reception said that it was fine - a small attention, as she put it. Sometimes, small things, like a morning coffee served for free, could make one’s day. Big thanks and if I ever come back to Leuven, I will try to book the same hotel.

Excellent room service. At the end of the day when we return to our room, we see the neat and beautiful room. Breakfast is nice and plenty of everything. Fresh and warm. Very nice staff.

It was a little hard to carry all our luggage upstairs using the staircase. AC is not cooling enough. Felt a little hot inside the room. We prefer traditional wood doors which can close properly in the washroom, rather than the sliding glass door which they had at the hotel. Anyway, none of these were big issues.

The Wifi in my room didn't work during my stay of three days. No solution from the staff at all. The breakfast is too expensive.

Good for a short stay

Nice location, free parking. The room was big enough to me, my wife and 2.5 yrs old daughter. Aircon was OK and nice view to the town square.

We just started to travel to the hotel at 10 am. and they deduct the room price. The lift didn't work...

We only stayed one night but the hotel and the area were fine and in cycling distance to Leuven.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Herent in the square with the church. The church bells rang on the hour but didn’t cause us a problem. Parking is public parking in the square. The breakfast was continental but plenty. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Wifi was a waste of time as the signal was very poor.
