Good location for exploring Cinque Terre.

Great location, easy access from train station. Quite spacious downstairs. Balcony overlooking the sea. 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs rooms small and hot. Fans available but some not working. It is as described I suspect the original fixtures and fittings from the 60’s which is remarkable but as expected some broken. Pieces of ?broken furniture remain in the flat eg camp bed in lounge area. 3rd bedroom isn’t actually a bedroom - it’s a single bed on a mezzanine landing. Whole flat needs some TLC. Definitely not suitable for younger children

La situation

Tout le reste , confort,pas de micro onde , les équipement de cuisine , les lits pas confortables( sauf un ) les écoulements baignoire médiocres le contact avec le propriétaire ( j'ai voulu le contacter impossible) les volets roulants ne fonctionnent plus ,le mobilier de terrasse médiocre pas d'etendage. Nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes et j'ai du louer une chambre d'hôtel supplémentaire ( 580 euros) pas digne de booking

We had a wonderful stay and the location couldn't be better.

Location was excellent, so close to the beaches and local restaurants. The view from the balcony was lovely.

Aircon would make for a more comfortable stay, the shutters couldn’t close and so it got very hot in the apartment and only two fans were working.

Would have preferred a coffee maker included. There is no AC, but there are several fans throughout one fan was not working so it ended to be hot at times.

La situation luminosité deco kitch top

Pas de micro-ondes pas de climatisation pas possible régler chauffage central bloqué par le réglage de la copropriété. Un seul toilettes qui fonctionne le pommeau de douche abîmé coupant. Les meubles cassés besoin de quelques réparations pas de prise extérieur qui fonctionne et à l’intérieur une sur deux défectueuse. Les stores du salon ne fonctionnent pas et pas de rideau, vous serez en vitrine. Une autre cafetière car celle à l’italienne trop petite.

Besides the accomodation an amazing Location!

Top Location Directly at the Beach of Monterosso

Furniture is very old and partly not usable. Most of the Roller shutters wer Not usable. One of the two bathroom toilet was not working. A plumper tried to repair, but failed. Water tap water from the second bathroom was Brown, so better let it run for some time befor using it.

Great location and had just about everything(needed paper towels or towels for kitchen). Don’t know why it has received low reviews it was just about as good as you can get for price, location and amount of space.

Location was great and view was amazing. Staff was very good. The terrace was small but nice to have outside space.

There is no A/C and it was terribly hot. There were fans, but the 2 upstairs didn’t provide enough circulation. There are no amenities. There were only two very small trash cans on the terrace and that was for 4 people. There was no circulation in the bathrooms and you seem to never dry. No blow dryers, no soap, no paper towels, and the circular staircase outside can be challenging with luggage.

Wifi did not work, at arrival we had to wait 2 hours to get the keys. Rooms had wc smell.
