Overall it was a nice stay.

Near station, the manager was friendly.

Maybe can change the kettle as it’s too old. Just a note no lift so has to carry luggage all the way to 3rd floor.

Goed verblijf in Monterosso om de Cinque Terre te bezoeken.

Helder en compleet appartement met wasmachine op loopafstand van het strand.

De airconditioning in 1 van de twee slaapkamers deed het niet. De andere wel. De gastheer heeft wel een Penguin gebracht (= apparaat die warme lucht uit de kamer blaast) maar in het warme weer was een werkende airco wel prettig geweest.

Apartment had a good view and was windy.

Room needs a bit of fixing up as there are damages here and there. Entire apartment isn't suitable for those who move about in the apartment without footwear. We had to clean the place up before we could settled down. Train passes the apartment every now and then (even through the night), not for light sleepers. Apartment owner was in a rush during check-in and was not detailed in explanation.

Great location away from the crowds. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and the other side of Monterosso. Train runs beside the property but it didn’t bother us.

Appartement spacieux, idéal pour 4, bien localisé pour profiter des Cinqueterre, un peu à l'écart du bord de mer et de la foule mais seulement 4mn à pied, pas loin de la gare. Au calme malgré le train et l'isolation peu efficace.

Nice stay in monterosso

Nice staff, the place was good for family.

Old style furnitures, very noise because was close to the train rails and the windows were not soundproofed. Also, one toilet only in a department it is not enough when you have 3 rooms. The price was high for a location that is far from the historical center.

Location is close to the rail lines, but you get used the noise and they don't seem to come very often in the middle of the night. Short walk down to the main road and to the train station.

Good location in Cinque Terre in a residential area, short walk to the bakery, paid parking lot and the beach. Our family of 5 enjoyed the space and the AC bedrooms. Lovely decorated, clean and safe. We would stay there again.

A drying rack inside the apt and electric kettle would have been helpful. There’s a train nearby but it didn’t bother any of us. May want to bring earplugs if noise sensitive.

basic stay close to the giant and beach

much larger than it appeared in photos. Comfortable beds with enough lights and outlets. Great deck off the Living Room that captured the morning sun. loved being in the north part of town with less tourists. Walk from the train station was easy and relatively flat.

close to the train tracks. The train was not overwhelmingly loud but definitely close by. no towel heater but there was a clothes washing machine and clothespins. The kitchen was not well stocked, and things seemed pretty worn. There was no frying pan to cook with nor microwave or dishwasher. We had to ask for dish towels, and while his response was quick, he only brought one which made it difficult to do the dishes without a drying rack either. With a few more amenities and attention to detail, it would be a good value and place to stay.

Close to the beach and to all cafes but the road that takes to this place from the highway is very narrow and steep, something that I was not aware of. Heads up if you are driving and it does not have the parking, so you have to park near by for 18 euro per night.

Loved our stay! This was an ideal set up for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. The air con was a god send & the host was perfect! An ideal location for the beach, train station and bars/restaurant plus we made great use of the kids playground and football pitch with our little ones! Would definitely stay again.

Apartment is badly isolated. You hear neighbors very clearly. Train passes by several times per hour, also at night.

The ac works well (which is necessary during the summer). The train could only be heard from the hall so it wasn't really bothersome. The beds were comfy and has two little balconies which were perfect to hang wet clothes and towels.

We were a group of 7 people with one bathroom for all of us to use, which wasn't an issue... The only problem we did have is that the only mirror in the whole apartment was in the bathroom (a face mirror that too) so we ended up getting dressed and getting out makeup on with the front camera of our phones. The apartment was quite expensive for what it was, but I guess cinque terre is an expensive place to stay in. The lady who was going to check us in had us waiting for 20 minutes till she arrived. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day and didnt know where to get more from.

Great apartment, Perfect Location, and Friendly Hosts!

We couldn't have asked for a better location! Walking distance to everything, close to the beach, and parking wasn't too far away. The apartment was clean, and our host was very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our family of 5.

The only downfall was that they let us know on check-in day that the WiFi was down. Unfortunately I still need to be able to work while I'm away, so this was a bit inconvenient for me. We considered checking out early, but I was able to hotspot from our phones to make it work enough. Overall, it was a lovely place and we'd still return!

Location was nice, close to the beach. Bed linens, towels and toiletries were good. The manager asked in advance about our arrival time, so the check in was easy.

Was only one mirror in the whole apartment in the bathroom. TV was without a cable, so basically useless. A lot of noise from the trains, luckily we had ear plugs with us.
