Perfect apartment for family with younger children.

We loved this apartment for our family, 2 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 11 yo. Very spacious. Simona was so helpful meeting us on arrival, showing us around the apartment and giving extra information about hiking trails etc...Simona was very responsive to questions I had during our stay. So light and bright, exceptionally clean, and the outdoor terrace was lovely to enjoy the mountain view and peace and quiet with a coffee each morning. Kitchen was well appointed and had a few basic pantry items and supplies for washing dishes. Toiletries also provided in the bathroom. Providing beach towels and beach umbrella was a bonus, as we spent a lot of time at the beach. Washing machine was an extra charge, 5 euro, very reasonable. Make sure you tell her immediately on your arrival that you want to use it, so she can unlock it there and then and doesn't have to return. Our children said the sofa bed was super comfortable :-) Location is at the very end of Old Town and set back a bit from the main promenade. So calm and quiet back there. Suited us, as we wanted close access to beach and train station. But do factor in the additional time to walk to the Old Town and start of the Blue CT hiking trail. We really wished we stayed longer here.

No complaints. But worth mentioning, 3 flights of stairs up to apartment, small shower stall and no air conditioning if that is important to you. Our family had no issue with either.

Neat and clean and not too far from the town center. The available private parking is a big plus if you driving own car

On the third floor and no elevator it is very strenuous to be get to the apartment, especially with the luggage. The shower cubicle is very small

Great location and structure

The hostess was very kind to welcome us with the keys and explained everything about the apartment. She also gave us information about tours in the region, about trains to reach the other Cinque Terre cities and restaurants. The location is great just a few minutes walking to the beach.

Peaceful getaway

We loved our stay here! Such a great base to explore from, with everything you need. Beach umbrella and coffee machine just some of the lovely and thoughtful touches. Lovely light filled apartment just up from the beach in a super tranquil spot with so many birds around.

Simona the host was very helpful, the place is complete with everything you need from cooking, toiletries even toys and umbrella for the beach!

Everything was fine except for the shower which is small making it quite difficult to move while taking a shower.

Simona è molto disponibile, è stata pronta a far fronte al nostro problema dell'orario di check-in causato dallo sciopero dei treni e si è subito data da fare per preparare l'appartamento. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli e un'oretta dopo era pronta. Appartamento scelto anche perché attrezzato di cucina e piacevole vista dal balcone, grazie a cui abbiamo vissuto dei bei momenti in totale relax e silenzio nel vicinato. Interno pulito e ben arredato di tutto il necessario, tra cui anche dei teli da mare. Posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Monterosso e molto vicina anche alla stazione dei treni.

Non ho trovato rotoli da cucina/fazzoletti/Scottex in giro per cucina/salotto ma non ci ho fatto troppo caso, è l'unica cosa che mi verrebbe in mente come punto negativo.
