Excellent location close to the beach. Beautiful city, beautiful nature around, great for combination of beach and walking. Pleasant landlady, speaking only Italian, but her daughter speaks English. When we had issue with Wifi, she arranged its restart.

The only drawback was noise from trains.

No AC, no common area/ couch, TV and wifi didn't work. Train was loud and we had to keep windows open since it was so hot.
