Wouldn’t stay again unless whomever is managing property fixes all the problems.

Location was good and AC worked in 1 room

Dirty. Clean sheets but shower had mold and floors were dirty. Bath mats gross and clearly had not been cleaned for some time. Still dirty towel from previous guest. Grimy stuff on couch and floors. Broken chairs. No drying rack so washing machine was kinda useless. Lock box for keys code didn’t work. Found keys in different unlocked box. Lucky we even looked there. City tax needed to be paid and link sent didn’t work. Way too much haste trying to get that dealt with. Also info about how much was incorrect on the copy paste info sent to us.

Great location, ground floor location, nice outdoor patio area.

GREAT LOCATION on the ground floor close to the beach, restaurants and market. The apartment is quite large and very well lit. The patio door and bedroom windows have sturdy privacy/sun blocking shades like many Italian apartments. The kitchen has just the basics. 2 clothes washing pods were provided which was a welcomed touch we appreciated.

Be sure to bring your own coffee and all accompaniments if you like a cup when you wake up in the morning. The bathroom rugs could be cleaner.

We enjoyed our stay in the Cinque Terre area exploring the picturesque villages.

The location was very good, a very short flat walk to the seafront but far enough away to be quiet. We were happy to be in the quiet end of town. The kitchen and bathroom were very good. It was great to have a garden and a table to have meals at. Overall the flat was clean.

The second bedroom was a problem for us and our friend. There was no outside window/airflow which made the room hot and stuffy which made it difficult to sleep. A fan was supplied but there was nowhere in the second bedroom to plug it in - it would have had to be plugged into a socket in bedroom 1 meaning both bedroom doors would have to be left open. There was no storage at all in the bedroom 2 for clothes etc and no mirror. There were no sockets in bedroom 2 for phone chargers etc and the only lighting was the main light which shone brightly into bedroom 1. The floors generally could have done with a better clean. The garden was very unkempt, the bushes needed a trim and the garden needed a good sweep/tidy up. Mice were also seen in the garden (not in the house). Even in September the area was very busy and the public beaches packed.

Old, dated, smelly and mould growing in the main bedroom

the location was perfect with a flat path 2 mins from the beach to the apartment. There was also a little courtyard which was nice to relax in.

The apartment was old, dated, it smelt and had mould growing in the main bedroom. it was very stuffy and 80% of the cupboards were locked. The walls had many marks on them. Very disappointed especially given the price. There was no ventilation in the second bedroom which was tiny and stuffy.

Worst accommodation we stayed in. We only slept there. Wasn't suitable for relaxing in evening.

The location was great. The bathroom was nice, probably recently remodeled.

The second bedroom had 2 small cots, not twin size beds, no closets and no windows.Not suitable for 4 adults. No toaster in the kitchen. When we first entered there was an overpowering strong musty smell.It took 2 days with windows and patio door open to get rid of the smell. We didn't use the kitchen mostly because of the smell. Also they sent us check-in instructions at last minute. We were standing at the station filling out detailed information about ourselves, 4 of us, including scanning our passports and selfies before they would give us lock box code. Then the lock box was stuck and wouldn't open. Definitely overpriced.

Ok, but it needs shower doors and help with an and problem.

The location was ok. It sat back off the beach by a block or so, but there was no view from the unit. It was down an alley that had a lot of foot traffic at all hours. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having a 2nd bedroom for our daughter.

There were ants all over the kitchen when we first got there. We never cooked anything in the unit and didn't leave any food out. I wiped down the counters, but the ants were coming in thru the wall and thru the cupboards. There was a bag of garbage and one or two glass shower panels laying right outside the front door, which when we checked in and they were still there when we left. The bag was attracting ants as well. The shower (the only one) only had 2 super short walls to keep the water in the shower, so when you took a shower, water went everywhere in the bathroom. We laid towels down in the floor to catch the extra water, but the shower was obviously broken or in the middle of being updated. I left messages with my Terre Marine contact on what to do about the shower and ants and recycling, but I never heard back. The place could be much better with a little TLC. We paid quite a bit for 2 nights there and didn't feel like we got our money's worth. It would've been nice to know that parking down the street ran $25 Euros a day as well.

Simple apartment in an amazing location!

The location of this apartment is amazing! It is just steps to a beach, playground, restaurants, and lovely pedestrian walkway. Having a washing machine was a nice bonus too.

Bare bones. They don't even try just because it is in Cinque Terre and it will be booked no matter what. Worst place I've stayed in Italy in the past week.

Disappointing

Location was great. Kitchen well appointed even though we did not use it but coffee machine did not work

Floors dirty, smelled very stale and mouldy, bedroom with twin beds had no window, closet or drawers. Looked like a prison cell and beds not comfortable. Most of cupboards and half of closet in large bedroom locked so nowhere to unpack. 3 adults had to live out of suitcases. Mouldings off door in bathroom, not repaired. Garden was disappointing as broken and uneven cement tiles. Photos on website very deceiving. Should not be allowed to rent something with all closets and wardrobes locked

Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the bedsheet and dish towel problem!

Location was brilliant!

No tea towel to dry the dishes! instead, they brought us an old pillow case to use as a dish towel!?!?!!! There was a misunderstanding! we were two friends not a couple! They only made up the king size bed; but did bring some single bedsheets the next day.

No linen in second bedroom - also charged €15 for linen so this was very disappointing - did not receive the required linen until day 2 of our stay after much back and forth with the rental company. Door for second bedroom is just a screen There were locks on majority of the cupboards and wardrobes - unsure as to why this was the case when we asked for more linen we were told to check the cupboards - which was impossible because everything was locked. Coffee machine with no coffee pods ? Seems pointless Charge of €60 for cleaning fee is very steep when we were expected to dispose of all rubbish and glass as well as to ensure the kitchen is in perfect condition “to facilitate the cleaners” No human touch.

A little flat in a good location.

Location and garden

House is advertised for 4 people, but the 2nd bedroom does not have an external window. And it does not have air conditioning. The internal window must be open to let air circulate, which means light and noise from the master bedroom goes directly to it. Little room for storage as a lot of the wardrobes were locked. Good for 2 people.

A lucky find - a simple apartment with everything you need in a fantastic location

Fantastic location so close to the beach and cafes. Property managers very kindly allowed us to store our baggage when we arrived earlier than expected. Nice little extras like a beach umbrella and private garden. A good stay.

A couple of broken items but nothing major. Bathroom a bit outdated and worn but it was clean enough.

La ubicación

Todo, había bichos por toda la casa, el agua caliente no funcionaba, le hablé al chico a las 19:30 de la tarde y me dijo que no podían hacer nada hasta mañana ( en cuanto mañana ya nos íbamos). Llevábamos todo el día viajando para ir a una casa sin agua caliente, vieja, húmeda, fría y para nada cuidada. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido insoportable. No suelo poner referencias pero está de la merecía. Para el precio que tiene, fatal.

Monterosso è stupenda ma questo alloggio va pulito meglio e descritto meglio.

Senz'altro la posizione dell'alloggio e la comunicazione con i gestori, sempre disponibili.

Pulizia davvero pessima, ho dovuto chiedere una pulizia aggiuntiva ma non ha soddisfatto comunque i requisiti di pulizia ordinaria. Questo alloggio ha 1 camera matrimoniale ed un ripostiglio con 2 lettini, visto che per quest'ultimo manca una finestra verso l'esterno. Secondo noi l'alloggio era chiuso da mesi, appena entrati l'odore di chiuso/vecchio era davvero insopportabile. Abbiamo alloggiato 2 giorni e lasciato sempre aperte tutte le finestre, ma l'odore non è mai andato via. Se avessi saputo prima non l'avrei sicuramente preso, visti i prezzi non proprio economici.

Remarque

Appartement tres bien équipé mais odeur d'humidité présente à l arrivé + 1 toile d araignée entre la baie vitré et le meuble + Touffe de poussière sous les lits. Heureusement que mon épouse est Italienne car il a fallu envoyer nos photos et ensuite renvoyer nos photos avec nos pièces d'identité sur la même photo autrement pas d accès au logement. Ensuite le code donne n était pas Le bon. Le détecteur de fumé était posé sur une étagère sans la pile, le pommeau de douche avait une grosse fuite, nous avons dû le changer afin d éviter d envoyer de l eau sur le plafond. Nous aurions aussi apprécié que la terrasse soit balayer car il y a plein de feuille morte. J ai du mal à comprendre pourquoi autant de renseignement sur les voyageurs alors que tout était payé avec Booking. Regard Laurent KY

Un excellent séjour

Emplacement superbe , facilité d’accès ( à 5 minutes à pied du parking) Propreté de l’appartement, confort de la literie . Mise à disposition du linge de toilette ainsi que savon et gel douche . Cuisine bien équipée . Le plus : nous avons toujours pu joindre quelqu’un pour résoudre quelques soucis , vraiment très très appréciable. La société qui gère l’appartement s’est montrée extrêmement réactive sur tous les plans
