It was comfortable and local.

I like the convenience to the main sites and the cleanningness. The beds were conformable. the house was tidy and clean. the deocration was adequate to the city.

I found it a bit confusing to find the right door because the door did not have the name/label of the name or number. I noticed that other condos did have the names. Another thing that I didn't like was that when we got there the terraza door was broken and no one ever went to fix it.

Fantastic Apartment

The accommodation was near station but in a quiet area, the addition of an outside area was great it was spotless inside, if we had issues these were sorted quickly. We would book again.

Gaining entry to be begin was difficult as we didn't receive entry instructions before due to no phone reception or Wifi problems, maybe an email with these instructions the day before arrival would have helped.

Great value and location.

The location is excellent. Right near the train station, beach and great little restaurants and groceries. Felt very safe and only on first floor! Kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable bed.

We travelled with a lot of luggage this trip and not too much practical unpacking space. Easily put suitcases under bed, not a problem.

Good location for your vacation

Very close to the beach & train station and to the restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped,beds are comfortable,you have all you need for your vacation. Location is also located in a quiet area .

Close to everything

Coffee machine was leaking and we had very limited number of caps. And we couldn’t find any in supermarkets. We had no dishclothes to dry hands and dishes in the kitchen.

Very pleased

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, modern and we loved the charming little balcony. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The location was terrific with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to a cute little super market. Filippo was helpful and easy to contact. Both the check in and check out were super smooth. Highly recommend staying here, you will not get disappointed!

We did not have any warm water for the last 3 days which made it uncomfortable to shower.

Adorable, pristine apartment minutes from the beach and train station

Amazing location, a short walk from the beach (which you can see from the balcony!), so comfy, super clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the coffee and focaccia and little touches!

Really lovely studio right beside the train station.

The apartment had everything we needed. Filipinos was very informative and provided wine and focaccia bread on arrival which was a nice surprise. There was also tea and coffee facilities and the bed was very comfortable.

The studio apartment was perfect. We were so close to the beach and the train station. The road was quiet at night. We had a lovely stay and would have loved to stay longer.

Filippo was a great host. The apartment is fully equipped and it is located just 500 meters from the train station and near-by could be found restaurants, grocery shops, and bakeries. Monterosso is ideal for relaxing holidays, there is easy access to the rest of the villages by train.

Expensive public parking lot (there is no other option).

Exceptional

Perfect location for us, a few minutes from Monterosso train station and the beach so we didn’t need to walk far with luggage and a nice stroll along the promenade to Monterosso old town. Lovely little bakery at the end of the street for breakfast too. The apartment is spacious for three adults, modern and very clean!

Our only point would be hot water sometimes ran out despite instructions for using boiler.

Appartement idéalement situé dans la ville de Monterosso qui permet de partir visiter les Cinq Terre. Sa proximité de la gare est appréciable. L’appartement est agréable et bien équipé, au calme en ce début de saison. Le parking à 200m permet de laisser la voiture pendant le séjour.

Appartement chaleureux, confortable, entièrement équipé et fonctionnel. Les lits étaient très confortable, même le matelas du clic-clac! La propreté des lieux était impeccable. Il est entouré de pleins de bons restaurants, proche de la gare et de la plage, mais dans une rue très calme avec une épicerie à 200m. Que demander de plus ?😌
