Great location, large apartment. Nice aesthetics.

We needed to use both bedrooms and the second bedroom did not have sheets or linens on the bed. Staff was unable to correct this but instructed where I could find the sheets. Shower water doesn’t stay warm for long so you have to take very quick showers and turn the water off to conserve warm water.

The apartment was located right next to the beach and was close to everything. We stayed there with 5 people, would be good to have two bathrooms but it was sufficient. Air conditioning was in all the rooms.

Apartment was a little dark and not very spacious, so if you are looking for a larger main room area then that will be an issue. Kitchen was missing some main items like water kettle to make coffee.

We loved the location and the soaps that were provided. That was very helpful. The laundry was great and we liked that there was plenty of space for us to store our things. We enjoyed having the stove, fridge, balcony, and the excellent water pressure in the bathroom.

The beds, especially the back one, were very uncomfortable and need a mattress topper.

In total, it was a good value for money.

The location was actually good, not far from the beach, about 5 minutes walk. It was a bit confusing to find the place at first though. The host was kind to let us leave our baggage before check in and let us check out a bit later. It was a cute and cozy apartment for 4 people with the well-equipped kitchen.

The property does not offer Wifi, which can be pretty uncomfortable, especially for foreigner guests, therefore, I would highly recommend the property to fix this in the future.

Waking distance to the shops but vendors where rude and inpatient while taking your order at the local GELATO ARTIGIANALE SLURP shop even tho we were the only customers besides another woman that was there OWNER WAS VERY RUDE

Realy hard to find the property poor lighting to get to the property ( no lighting at all up the dark narrow ally) bad communication with the host I would not return here again lost power In the apartment and it was in ordeal to get it back. I had to go out several times and surch for a breaker in a neighboring apartment because of bad communication while my family was without electricity In the freezing apartment for quit some time

Good

Monterosso is the perfect base for family with young children. Playground is just around the corner. And road is good for stroller unlike the other town. The apartmemt : it is small. But since we dont stay in the apartment but only use it for a base after a long day walk it’s okay. 2 bedrooms - queen size for 3 adults and 3 kids. This might be the normal size in Italy town tho 🤔 The cleanliness: so so. Some of the towels were dirty it has dirst marks on them. It smell after we used it a cpuple of times. The bed sheets was not thoroughly cleaned. The floor was dirty and dusty. The reception : easy check in and easy check out. No hassle. The location : great location- 8 mnt walk from the train station, 4 mnt walk from playground, groceries just around the corner and lovely bars all around and restaurants just a few walks down the road.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. El sitio es extremadamente difícil de ubicar y de acceder, lo cual ya representa una complicación. Sin embargo, lo peor fue la atención recibida al llegar. Estaba con mis padres —personas mayores—, a quienes hice subir varias escaleras para llegar hasta el lugar, que está bastante escondido, y al llegar a la puerta no me proporcionaron el código de acceso al piso. A pesar de explicar la situación, me exigieron hacer el check-in bajo la lluvia. La reserva la hizo mi madre, quien no se maneja bien con la tecnología, por lo que no había podido completarlo previamente. Entiendo que el check-in es un requisito, pero habría sido mucho más razonable y humano permitirme enviar en ese momento las fotos de los pasaportes y darme acceso. En lugar de eso, me dejaron esperando fuera, y además nadie respondió al teléfono durante una hora, a pesar de conocer la situación. Esto no se hace. No recomiendo este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia. En un momento tuve que valorar ir a pagar otro sitio y cuando ya estaba pago. Esto no se hace .

Sobre todo la atención y además que el sitio no estaba limpio. El aire acondicionado uno no funciona y el otro hace ruido que parece que va a despegar un avión. El agua caliente dura un suspiro.

Luci fredde in tutta la casa... Rendono veramente l'ambiente poco accogliente di sera (consiglio: cambiate le lampadine e mettetele a luce calda... Cambia tutto!). Tapparella rotta in una delle camere da letto, finestra con meccanismo di chiusura rotto nell'altra camera.
