Great location . Good notes from host

1. The host left great tourist notes in the apartment to make life easy 2. It had lot of daily chore amenities like washing machine , iron press

1. Hot water stopped after 2 baths . I had to take to a cold shower bath. Very uncomfortable . 2. Bathroom is cramped. 3.12-15 stairs to place . Please be mindful if you have very heavy luggage.

The owner was fantastic. He was very prompt in responding to and addressing a couple of problems. Very close to the heart of Monterosso.

Couldn’t wait to leave accommodation

This property is in a great location and has amazing air conditioning that’s about where it stops.

The sheets were that old they had pilling all over them and were itchy. The bathroom is revolting and I avoided showering because of its condition. No fresh towels were left out and we found a few odd old towels in the drawers. If u are elderly do not stay here, the stairs are steep and difficult with luggage.

It had a working but small washing machines which was one of the main reasons we booked the place and others . we were at day 86 of our travels and had stayed at some 20 places during this time. it is well located though was difficult to find from the directions provided. a friendly local assisted! the bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked. the wifi was functional the place was clean but had a musty smell.

There were no facilities to dry the washed clothes. there was a clothes line outside but for the three days there were towels hanging on it. Fortunately as seasoned traveller we travel with our own clothes line and we’re able to string up inside and hang clothes to dry. The bathroom was a challenge for us and we are not large people. It would very difficult for a larger person to use. we had to keep the light on at night after a couple of stubbed toes on the protruding shower recess. The shower could only be used by one person. The second person got a very cold shower. the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom. Then we realised a message we had received in Italian referred us to a stopcock in the shower which needed to be turned off. Google translate helped with sorting this issue out. However at 5foot2 was beyond me to turn on. My taller husband was just able to reach. fortunately there was a drawer of old towels we could use to dry the floor. the hand basin tap leaked and in the dead of night was very noisy and annoying. we could not cook as planned due to a very poorly equipped kitchen. a smaller saucepan is need to boil a couple of eggs! a spatula is needed to fry an egg! we had to share the one teaspoon provided. the stairs up to the unit may be a challenge for some. and are slippery after a rain shower. there are handrails provided which assist.

Excellent location. The owner gave precise instructions so we found the place very easily. There are many restaurants, bar, and cafes within a few minutes of walk.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Le logement est placé au centre de Monterrosso mais aussi au calme. Même si la salle de bain est étroite, le reste des équipements surpasse la qualité du logement. La literie est bonne. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésitation. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Logement très bien placé. Literie confortable. Pièces à vivre propres. Mais l’espace cuisine en deux parties n’est pas pratique. La salle d’eau qui contient les WC est minuscule et très limite au niveau hygiène : joints sales... Les serviettes sont petites, une était en polyester qui n’essuie rien. Idem pour les tapis.

Consigliatissimo!

La posizione è davvero ottima, centralissima e a pochi passi dalla stazione, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e godersi la città. L’appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente, ben organizzato e davvero ben rifornito: ci sono tantissime stoviglie, una caffettiera, piani cottura e persino una lavatrice, il che lo rende adatto anche a soggiorni più lunghi. È molto luminoso e l’atmosfera è calda e piacevole. Anche il Wi-Fi e la TV funzionano perfettamente. L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile, cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più sereno. Eravamo in 4 per un breve soggiorno e ci siamo trovate comodamente, anche se per gruppi potrebbe risultare un po’ piccolo per periodi molto lunghi. Una sistemazione davvero consigliata, ideale per brevi soggiorni ma attrezzata anche per restare più a lungo. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Le lenzuola avevano alcune macchie, così come il divano, ma nulla di troppo grave o che abbia compromesso la nostra esperienza. Sono piccoli dettagli che si potrebbero facilmente sistemare.

Beaucoup de charme

Charmant petit appartement très bien situé dans une ruelle du centre. Très bon lit, rien ne manquait. Nous avons bien et facilement échangé avec Maurizio. Très pratique l'entrée avec un code.

Peut être la petitesse de la douche...mais ce n'était pas vraiment un problème. Ça fait partie du charme de ces vieilles maisons pleines d'histoires.
