There’s no way 6 people can stay in that place comfortably, bathroom needs major updating, nowhere to store luggage, had

Wonderful location, close to the beach, smack in the middle of the old town with comfy beds.

It is great for a few days but if you want to stay longer and don't want to have every single meal in a restaurant, keep in mind that the kitchen is very old-fashioned with a lot of plastic, no oven, and some of the appliancies and kitchen textiles are decades old.

Budget (for the area) but u get what u pay for.

Really good location, is right in the old town - would stay here again simply for this. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Apartment was a bit dusty and beds/pillows uncomfortable. Socket for boiler was broken - staff came to fix and didn’t fix. We had to figure that out ourselves. Even when working only enough for hot water for 2 showers (not suitable for large group).

Very convenient location and great value

The location was perfect. The host contact super responsive and welcoming (although we didn't meet they answered all my questions. Check-out is 10 am but my train departed at 3 pm, I asked and they allowed me to leave my luggage until later so I could enjoy the extra hours. A 10 minutes walk from and too the train station. Unlike other locations this apartment was not located up-hill or lots of stairs so made transporting luggage easy however as you'll be walking to and from the train makes sure you are able to carry your luggage. SUPER convenient location in the old Town where there are plenty of restaurants and <5 min walk to the Ferry to bring you the other village by water or 10 max to the train. 1 minute walk to the less crowded old Town Beach or less than 10 to the new town. Honestly the location was amazing. There is also groceries stores available for the basics less than a minute away. It has all the essentials for an apartment but I didn't cook meals there besides breakfast as I was out all day, home to shower and back out. It was quiet at night and peaceful.

As the windows are open for fresh air it can get some noise from people speaking in the narrow street as the stone and buildings echo. Nothing crazy but for sensitive light sleepers just means very early mornings which is also a great thing to not miss the beauty of the area.

Ideal location, great price, checked all the boxes and met our needs.

The property owners were fabulous! We had a great time and the location was perfect! so many restaurants and shops right outside the door. It wasn’t fancy but met our needs. We had a wonderful stay.

It should be noted that there is a very steep staircase inside the building to get to the apartment. It was no problem at all, but it made carrying heavy bags up and down quite difficult. My husband was able to do it, but it should be noted if you have a disability, or are traveling with heavy luggage that is there.

Signora was very helpful and sweet. The apartment is not fancy, but met all our needs. It is in a great location in the middle of town and close to the beaches. We loved Monterrosso!

great for staying while it is cool good location and very comfortable

Location was good, the communication with the owner and her family was excellent. While in the town of Monterosso and we didn't have sea views as it was winter that was fine the place was warm and comfortable for the two of us. there were excellent restaurants within 50 metres with a very good sea food restaurant called L'Osteria very good value service but you will need to book

it is a bit dated but it was comfortable slept very well not sure what it would be like in the summer
