There is no elevator. We are the 4 floor,but the view is good you can see the Sea.

Be carefull there is no escalator.

I did not appreciate that the location was not written on the web site. We were at the 4th Floor and it is not easy to access the appartment with loud luggage and to go Up 5 Floor (because it begin at the bassement) without escalator.

Disappointed by Gaia

Big refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well when no other appliances were running.

90 steps to 7th floor where the room was, when the owner said room was on the 4th floor. Beds were uncomfortable. Washing machine should be removed as it took 4 hours to run a cycle and didn’t clean clothes. Stove never worked. Couldn’t use 2 appliances at the same time without tripping electrical circuit. Owner wanted us to reset the circuit breaker which we refused as we didn’t feel comfortable doing that so owner came.

Still a good stay for short trips

The property is close to the beach, train station, and various restaurants. It’s comfortable enough for a few days, especially if you’re going to be out. I heard some train sounds, but really wasn’t loud to bother us. I liked having the balcony to dry our beach stuff, but didn’t see any beach views.

The studio is the 4th floor with at least 8 flights to stairs, and no lift. It does have mold in the bathroom, and in the washing machine. One folding chair was broken and the second seemed like it was already bending. The drying rack also is missing a piece and will fall at times. Wifi is not offered either, and to get a signal we sometimes had to be closer to the door.

We enjoyed our stay in Monterosso and price/quality of ghe studio was good.

Thee studio was on a great location, in one of the Cinque Terre, nearby sea, restaurants and train station.

The studio has a high humidity rate. Also, some essentials were missing from the kitchen and the table and chairs were at the end of their lifespan.

Great for Cinque terre hike

It had everything you need but also I was by myself. there could have been 4 people, would have been crowded but still it’s nice. Location is just perfect!

They should just throw away some pans and coffee makers as they don’t work for the stove. Also if you come in more cold time, AC takes a while to warm up the room. Also, no Wi-Fi!

Having kitchen and washing machine was great. Location awesome a few mins walk to beach and train station. Food store a few doors down. Potential to be awesome

On the 4th floor and no lift If you used more than 2 things at once power flipped off Room was cold and hard to heat, but it was mid winter. It would be good in summer.

Almost good

Location is great to explore Cinque Terre. Close to train station with direct train from Milan. Apartment is bigger then expected. Apt is nicely equipped, but there are some issues... Nice balcony with side sea view. All is close - grocery shop, restaurants, old town in a short walk. Air conditioner is adjustable for comfort mode. Nice price for location.

Communication is awful. Day before arrival no any info how to get keys etc. Wrote on Booking, Whats up, sms... Finally get connected on time of arrival, when were staying near address. Have to wait for an hour to get in, because nobody was waiting, and they come from some other place. If you want to get in on time, call them! Call them min hour before. Equipment - kitchen table broken, coffee maker not suitable for stove (not induction), WC not work properly. Balcony table need to be replaced, it is very dated and not comfy. Go to IKEA, spend bit money on table, textile, chairs and proper kitchenette; meet guests on time - so you can easily reach 10 score!

Clean and comfortable, 2 minute walk from the beach

The apartment was in a fantastic location at a great price. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The aircon worked great.

The location is very nice, the appartment is very efficient.

Pleasant

That it was close to the station and beach, that there was a washing machine and coffee.

Minimal washing machine detergent, the coffee maker had no lid, no tea towel and the four flights of stairs that I would have preferred to know about before booking.

The location to the water and the shops was excellent.

The decor is very old . There was no toaster no kettle very limited cooking utensils and the view of the beach was non existent. For me if the owner spent some money on new paint job new furniture and bedding it would bring the place up to a very pleasant place to stay.
