Probably wouldn't stay here again...way better options in MAM

It was fairly spacious.

There were TWO guests and only ONE bedroom was made. AC hardly worked. Light in double bedroom would turn on randomly in the middle of the night. Train was loud. Response 7/23 - Interesting...considering you were rude with us from the first communication. Not a way I would run my business. I also don't appreciate how I was spoken to like a toddler.

Fantastic Location

Amazing location. Spacious. Washer was good. Air conditioning was superb.

There are a considerable number of steps up and down getting to the apartment, which could be detrimental to older folks. Highly recommend reserving a parking space across the street at Monterosso Parking. Avoid Miky restaurant.

It was a very relaxing trip and we looked forward to coming back to the apartment every night.

This property is in a great location. A very short walk to the beach. There is plenty of space for a small family. It was very clean and the kitchen was very nice. Be aware that you must be able to go up many steps to access apartment. Also, the train is very nearby but the noise did not bother us too much. Overall a very relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend.

Good base for a visit to the Cinque Terra.

Central location. Spacious. Easy check in process. Easy and short walk into the village - shop, bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Apartment was very clean. Beds comfortable although second bedroom really only suitable for children. Had a number of TVs but didn’t really use them. Washing machine useful to have. Kitchen very modern. The steps to the property have been mentioned in previous reviews - didn’t really find them much of an issue except possibly when carrying suitcases. The steps are all external - property has private front door and all rooms in the property are on one level. Monterosso itself is a really good base in the Cinque Terra area - it’s much easier to walk about as flatter and generally seemed less crowded.

Air con was broken when we arrived. Spent 2 out of our 4 nights without aircon. Not ideal during a heat wave. This could have been dealt with better by the agents. Fair bit of noise from the train-line which runs immediately outside the property but this is likely common in majority of properties in Monterosso.

All in all nice stay

Great location, close to the best beach in Monterosso. Easy check-in and check-out process. Ideal for a family with kids or small group of friends.

Being so close to the train station it can get a bit noisy with all the trains passing by. The aircon doesn’t work properly in the unit. Few things need to be repaired.

If You Want Monterosso & Can Handle Stairs This is Good Value

Great location very close to the best beach in Cinque Terre, Fegina Beach. Also close to the center of Monterosso where the train station is located. Spacious living room and kitchen area. Nice hot showers for everyone after a day at the beach.

Air conditioning wasn't the best, but still functioned. Train tracks located right below the apartment and the noise was noticeable. Be prepared for four flights of stairs going up and one flight of stairs going down to the apartment.

Great apartment for families

It is great apartment to stay with kids. It is close to the main beach of Monterosso, cafés and restaurants. Local food stores are nearby. All the necessary stuff is there: fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning in bedroom and main room. It was easy to reach the place from the train station (but take in account several stairs to go up to the building, which is easy without luggage)

Una sistemazione comoda e funzionale in un luogo incredibile

Posizione comoda e centrale per la spiaggia. Arredamento molto curato nella zona giorno. Appartamento molto spazioso e bene organizzato.

Segnalo la presenza di un gradino/dislivello presente tra il rivestimento a parquet e l'accesso alla camera da letto più grande, che secondo me avrebbe richiesto una segnalazione eventualmente anche con luci notturne. Se fosse possibile ne suggerirei l'eliminazione.

Ottima posizione, appartamento molto attrezzato, funzionale e ampio. Ottimo anche per un soggiorno lungo. La host Mirella molto cordiale e disponibile.
