So much potential but a very disappointing stay sadly

The location of the property is great. Unfortunately that’s the only positive comment we have to make.

Check in was not seamless and communication was poor. The air conditioning units in living area and one of the bedrooms blew hot air and provided no cooling relief from the warm temperatures. When we reached out about assistance we were told there was nothing that could be done for the 4 nights we stayed. No fans were provided as an option. The apartment was not very clean as surfaces in bedrooms were covered in dust. There is also no ironing board provided.

The location was very close to the beaches, train station and new and old town. Clean and comfortable.

On ne paye que pour la localisation. Le reste n’est pas au niveau.

Toilettes et salles de bain sales en arrivant. Rouleau de PQ tâché marron !!! Les climatiseurs sont bruyants et inefficaces. Pas de lave vaisselle, peu d’assiettes, pas de bols. Départ sans personne disponible. On nous avait dit pouvoir garder nos valises. Personne n’a jamais décroché.

Overall it was good I just wish it was cleaned better and ready on time.but other than that it was a very nice place.

The location is perfect walkable to all the attractions so the location was nice. The inside was spacious for a party of 4. There’s a terrace/ rooftop that was perfect to watch the sunset or have a night gelato.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t cleaned when we got there. There was a bar of soap left over from the people before us and hair in the bathroom. If you’re not gonna have it ready at 10 am don’t advertise that you will.

La terrasse sur le toit du bâtiment est assez spacieuse c’est un bon point aussi, mais la vue n’est pas spectaculaire non plus. 2 salles de bain c’est peu commun et ça peut être appréciable. Des commodités de 1er besoins sont au rdv propreté aussi. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire

Communication was lacking. I tried very hard to obtain the self check in instructions, but property manager did not respond and would not answer the phone. This made finding the apartment and checking in stressful

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Loved how close it was to the train station. We loved that we could walk to the shops, eateries and the beach. We also loved the rooftop terrace. It was clean and comfortable.

Both showers leaked water on the floor. Needs hooks to hang towels up. Also some of the lights didn’t work.

Perfect location

Perfect in every way! Ideal location near the beach and train station. Suite has everything you need... from beach umbrella to laundry soap. 2 bathrooms were great. Was lucky to meet the owner and the manager, who spoiled us with food and wine on the rooftop deck. So friendly! Would definitely return.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

We did not have a breakfast included. The location was perfect. It was easy walking distance to restaurants, the ocean and the train station.

We arrived after dark and had a very difficult time finding the property. Thankfully a local gentleman came to the rescue. It was very difficult understanding the directions from the property owner.

Great location and views

The location was fantastic although it was a little of a struggle to find. The rooftop area was the highlight! The place was clean enough and the staff was very friendly. Could have used some paper towels, a fresh kitchen washcloth or sponge & garbage bags and definitely not enough tp.

Lancoro di Monterosso was a lovely, convenient lodging for our time in Cinque Terre.

The location was just steps from the train station and the main street. We loved walking to the restaurants and shops. It was also easy to catch the train to go to other Cinque Terre villages and then catch the boat back to Monterossa al Mare.

We had everything we needed and the location was superb. No improvements needed!

We highly recommend this apartment which is close to the beach and good restaurants.

The apartment was great, comfortable with air conditioning and each room had a private bathroom. It was newly renovated which we liked. We loved being near the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views and you could hear the waves. There is a clothesline outside the patio door to hang your bathing suits and towels.

It was difficult to find. The name was on the door of the apartment and not the building. It would be helpful to send pictures on how to find the apartment in advance. Parking was an issue as the parking lot was crowded by the beach goers. We did not realize that we could also park there for the duration of our stay. The kitchen was well equipped except there were no garbage bags provided or wine glasses.

Proximal to beach and parking

Sewer gas constantly present up from shower floor drain. Most likely due to an improperly installed drain trap or the air vent is obstructed. before renting this apartment, the owner should have a professional plumber repair this problem not only for the offensive odor but more importantly the potential hazard issue.

Great location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants on the new side of the town. A short 10-15 min walk to the older part of town.

It is very pricey for a two bedroom condo. There is no parking, However a public parking lot is close. The view shown in the picture is not from the condo but from the roof of the condo, which guests have access to, but is another two flights of stairs up.

Memorable, spacious and super comfortable apartment - with kind and very helpful host

The place was just perfect: plenty of space, TWO bathrooms, equipped kitchen, clean, functional an airy .. It was perfect for our little family to have space and easily tumble down to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is conveniently located at walking distance from the Monterosso train station. There is also access to a huge rooftop terrasse, which is a bonus (just remember to give back the key!). Special thank you to the host Francesco who was very kind and flexible

Official check-in time was a little late but it was possible to check-in at our arrival after all, so thanks for the flexibility
