Good family holiday location

Large apartment with everything you need for a relaxing break. We stayed in October and were happy that the water was hot and the heating functioned well. It was a short walk from the beach.

The welcome guide was missing at check-in so we only realised the washing machine was outside the apartment, in the basement, at the end of our stay.

Great space, 10 minutes by Wall from the beach, A/C

Several practical items were missing (toaster, cutting board, meat knives, pepper, balsamic vinegar, garbage bag, etc.). Several repairs are necessary (the awnings open with difficulty, the double bunk bed is not stable and is missing screws, the shower head is broken, etc.

Perfect stay with parking…!!

Apartment was beautiful and clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location was great. Not a far walk to the ocean. We drove so we needed a place to park. This apartment has a secured garage to park. The host was great helping us to get into the garage.

Lovely apartment

It was very clean and modern with a touch of old in the bureaus and beautiful and we LOVED the air conditioner!! The apartment has everything we needed. We were able to cook a dinner there.

Just a warning the sofa bed is squeaky. The kitchen is a little small for 6 people. The ladder to the bunk bed is missing a screw, I need to tell the managers still. There was a musty smell if you have allergies this might be a problem.

Clean, modern, nice, family friendly stay in Monterosso

Good location, though have to walk down a bit to the seaside. Was everything provided that we needed, kitchen was super practical.

The hassle with the bedsheets were really annoying. Only recommended to bring your owns, otherwise its very expensive.

Excellent trip to Cinque terre

We loved everything. The parking with the appartement and the public one for the last Day. 6 minutes from the beach, train, boat and grocery store. The adapted the place for 5 adults by making 3 bedrooms. Self entry.

overall it was good. once the place was cleaned it was nice. and we all had a good time.

having three rooms

it had not been cleaned when we arrived. called the owner of the apartment and he said it would be cleaned by dinner time. so we went out even though we were tired from the long drive. came back and it still wasn’t cleaned. they didn’t show up until about 8:30 at night. we have young kids and we were all very tired.

Beautiful stay with a slight hiccup

For the price we paid, I liked the proximity of the apartment to shops & the train line. The apartment was spacious & we felt secure in it.

There are no instructions on how to operate/turn on the heaters or the water heaters because it was cold when we entered the apartment. There was no clear instructions that we had to turn on the main power switch to turn on the electricity. We were inconvenienced to buy linen. It would have been better if linen was included in the rate. There was no way of operating the thermostat for the apartment because the batteries were dead & corroded.

great value for money, has all the amenities and very spacious!

spacious, host was great, even helped with receiving a baby cot rental before we arrived and met courier after we left. the location is close to the beach but a bit of an uphill especially because we went back and forth 4 times a day
