I would not wrote this review if Booking didn't press me to, as I wanted to forget the experience since the rest of the holidays beside this host experience was perfect : Our experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The host, Karina (from a real-estate company that manage the property), was rude and threatening, which almost ruined our family holiday. There was a disagreement regarding an extra payment for our daughter — we agreed to pay it — yet Karina still reported to Booking.com that we were a potential payment risk. She even threatened to contact the Carabinieri and claimed she could cancel our reservation without mutual consent and without reimbursement, leaving us stranded in front of the accommodation. She wrote to us on WhatsApp: “They told me that when a guest violates the terms and conditions, I have the right to cancel the reservation without refunding them. But since I'm a decent person, I didn't even consider it.” This experience left us with a very bad impression and a bitter taste during what was supposed to be a family holiday. The location was also not ideal. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and we definitely would not return or recommend this place to anyone.

While the location is not far from the center of town, getting there by foot and with luggage is quite a hike.

Overall a nice place to stay where you can walk to the beach

Location is great close to the beach (if you are ok with walking/stairs), quieter than in town, the apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There are some items in need of repair (such as kitchen tap and toilet seat). The hot water didn’t work when we arrived but was resolved by the host. On the second day, there was no water but it seemed to be a building issue from a storm and again was resolved quickly. The apartment isn’t super clean - the bathrooms and beds were ok, but the living room had lots of sand etc

nice apartment with easy access to beach

no air conditioning, we booked 2 bedroom apartment in order to have 2 bedrooms, unfortunately only 1 bedroom was prepared and one of us (adults) must have slept on bunk bed

Emplacement à 10mn de montée de la mer et des commerces donc difficile de retourner à l appartement plusieurs fois dans la journée
