La ubicación con respecto al Centro de Monterosso al Mare y fundamentalmente el estacionamiento, que en zonas como estas son bien complicados, era excelente.

Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto por el Check out a las 10 AM, que si bien teníamos las valijas prontas tuvimos que terminar sacándolas con los siguientes pasajeros adentro del apartamento, porque no les dijeron de esperar 15' que era lo que nos faltaba para terminar. Eso no nos gustó.

Appartamento perfetto a Monterosso, comodo e centrale. Da Ca Messina vivi come un local.

Ottima location a Monterosso, l’unica delle Cinque Terre con una vera spiaggia. L’appartamento è ideale per piccoli gruppi, famiglie o amici: a due passi dal mare, dalla via principale e a pochi minuti dal centro storico. Servizi eccellenti nei dintorni. Imperdibile il giro in barca per scoprire le Cinque Terre dal mare. Conoscendo già la zona, è stata la nostra prima esperienza in appartamento: ci ha permesso un’immersione totale, ci siamo sentiti come dei local. Il parcheggio è un grande punto a favore, aiuta anche ad ammortizzare i costi della permanenza.

L’appartamento è molto carino e ci siamo trovati bene. Unico punto critico: la connessione Wi-Fi era praticamente inutilizzabile. Poco male, eravamo in vacanza e ci siamo adattati, ma nel 2025 è importante garantire i servizi dichiarati, soprattutto per chi, come me, lavora da freelance. La ricezione con Vodafone era buona, ma non tutti gli ospiti possono contare su una rete mobile efficiente. Consiglio di investire in una connessione Wi-Fi stabile, soprattutto considerando un target turistico internazionale.

The apartment was as described and has a good view of the beach. Well with walk uphill . equipped.

Communication was really clear and having someone meet at the priopwety to show us around was very helpful.

The property is a little noisy given how close it it to the road. The traffic noise travels into the apartment.

Proprietario scortese e poco flessibile al telefono: a causa di un contrattempo e traffico ho tardato L’ orario del check in (avvisato per messaggio) nonostante le scuse il proprietario è andato su tutte le furie rispondendomi in malo modo: i miei amici Americani presenti sono rimasti shockati dalla telefonata che hanno sentito in viva voce!

Our stay in Monterosso was made even better with our stay at Ca Massina. We will stay there again if we have the chance

Ca Massina is in a great location. The apartment is very nice and clean. And Very comfortable ! It is walkable to the center of Monterosso however not with a very much luggage. It is up a hill which is not bad at all but took a taxi up from the bus stop at the bottom of the hill with our luggage. VERY easy. There is a nice view of the ocean from the living room and 1 bedroom.

Da vila em si, do seu enquadramento na paisagem!!

Quando chegámos, liguei ao contacto do apartamento,o qual me disse que estaria alguem para nos receber, em cinco minutos. Esperámos mais de vinte a vinte cinco minutos.O apartamento não tinha wifi próprio,provinha do apartamento do vizinho da frente. Para conseguirmos alguma potencia, tinhamos que estar junto da porta de saida do apartamento. Não havia tesoura de cozinha ,para abrirmos pacotes de farinha da criança, o saco do arroz ou esparguete,etc; Não havia uma simples faca pequena para descascar uma maça ,uma batata. Eram todas facas super grandes. Não havia maquina de lavar loiça; não havia micro ondas; não havia uma tostadeira; não havia máquina de café, apenas uma simples cafeteira, super antiga. A primeira vez que a utilizámos , a pega ,caiu. O esfregão de lavar a loiça, tinha pélos agarrados, e cheirava muito mal. Um apartamento , que não merece, nem pouco mais ou menos, o preço pedido.

Manque de matériel de cuisine, lave linge plein de moisissures, porte des toilettes ne ferme pas , moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain voir photos. Cafetière italienne mauvaise état et trop petit pour quatre. J’estime vu le prix la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur.

Excellent location, great parking and a very helpful host.

Very close to train station and the old town. All were within a 10 minute walk. It was far enough away from the business of Monterosso. The secure carpark across the road was really appreciated given the lack of parking available in Monterosso.

Mosquitoes were quite bad but that is a general problem in Monterosso. The apartment didn’t have microwave or dishwasher.

L'emplacement est idéal malgré la proximité de la route car il est situé un peu à l'écart de la foule qui se déverse sur le village dans la journée. Il était très propre et l'hôte a été de très bons conseils pour le restaurant. La présence du parking est également très appréciable car il est très compliqué de se garer à Monterrosso.

Il manquait peut être de quoi faire le premier petit déjeuner (café ou thé).

It was a pretend experience especially after staying at Aquarius hotel/apartment in Venice.

Host very rude, unpleasant and overall disappointed.

Everything, there was a dead bug in one of the bedrooms, the bathroom was not clean and we didn't feel safe.

Beautiful Views and Strong AC

We found this apartment after searching in the area for a while and I'm really glad we choose it instead of the alternatives. It had great air conditioning, which was important because it was super hot out. The views from the main bedroom and living room were great. And lastly there was plenty of space and good cooking and dining facilities. The location was good. It was a short walk down to the newer half of Monterosso with lots of beach clubs, restaurants, and a playground (I'm glad we stayed on this side of the town instead of the old side.) The hill wasn't ideal, but there is a set of stairs just 30 feet east of the building that provide a shortcut and minimize time on the winding road (the stairs look a little rough and overgrown, but were perfectly fine for our young kids.)

Would have been a bit easier to do a self checkin instead of coordinating with the hotel agent, because it's always hard to say exactly when you will arrive and I hate to make someone wait for us.

Beautiful but WiFi and plumbing need to be fixed.

It was clean and beds were comfortable.

The WiFi was nonexistent. The manager tried to remedy this but if you need it for work or any other important reason, I would not book here again. The bathroom shower also did not drain causing a mess in the bathroom even for a 5 minute shower. Also, the towel fee and cleaning fee seemed unusually high.

The location was good.

The 2 bedrooms were fresh and clean. The living room could do with a paint to match the 2 bedrooms and the sofa is very worn and needs to be replaced. The bathroom had an unusual sewerage smell at times when we would first come in.

Very good

Location was only a short walk to the foreshore, was quiet and had a lovely view of the sea. Host was friendly and helpful. Parking was close and secure.

Price was higher for similar properties I have stayed in but that has to do with the generally higher price of properties in the Cinque Terre region I think.

Ca Messina was a 7 minute walk from the train station right along the beautiful beach in Monterosso. Nice places to eat in town, very nice vibe.
