Loved it

Perfect location, beautiful beachfront views, comfortable beds, good shower head. Very clean

Lots of stairs, however, there is also a small lift, so not really an issue. Trains can be a bit noisy.

The location was a perfect base to explore the beautiful Cinque Terre

The location was a perfect base to explore Cinque Terre - right above the train station, we thought it may be noisy, but it wasn't at all. We found it really convenient to walk straight into our apartment after a day out exploring by train. Staying in Monterosso al Mare was the perfect starting point for the hike. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with a beach view!

We really enjoyed our time at this spacious apartment perched over Fegina beach. It was fun to watch people from our kitchen window, and even the thunderstorm that kept us inside one morning. The kitchen was well stocked and we made dinner one evening during our stay. The automatic shutters were awesome for sleeping as they did a great job blocking out the early morning light. We were a little worried about train noise, but it didn't bother us at all.

It would have been helpful to have instructions for the washing machine (we figured it out)

Location next to the beach was perfect. Proximity to the station was convenient including ability to travel the Cinque Terre

Perfect location to enjoy Monterosso al Mare!

Marta’s property looking over the Ligurian Sea in Monterosso was the perfect location for us. Stepping onto the third floor elevator that brings you down to the beach level, you only need to walk twenty paces to get into the very calm waters of the bay. We enjoyed swimming in the mornings well before ten and in the evenings after four. There were many few swimmers then on the small public beach that is well maintained by the municipality. The apartment is located a couple of hundred yards from both a paid parking lot and a small family run grocery store. Needless to say that the apartment is wonderfully air-conditioned and very neat and clean and above all spacious.

Great location

Lovely spacious apartment with 2 large double rooms. Superb sea views and couldn’t be closer to the railway station. Owner had foresight to send photos of the entrance, otherwise I doubt we’d have found it. I worried we might be disturbed by train noise but we weren’t

You do need to be fit if you’ve got heavy luggage as there isn’t a lift

A memorable break during Covid

Superb location, views amazing. Host really responsive and kind. Rooms mostly comfortable and plenty big enough for three.

Apartment on third floor and no lift. Everything had to be carried up and down. We couldn’t park outside even to load the car. Hard for people in their 70s. Not clear in blurb. Towels and bed linen a little thin but adequate. Kettle had an intermittent fault, but we managed.

It is perfect place for family holidays. You will have all what you need. Clean water and clean beach. A lovely see view. A lot of small restaurants. Owner gave us a chip parking place.

Apartment is on the street in ZTL. Parking close to the room is too expensive. Supermarket is on another side of the village, just small shop in 100 m from this apartment.

Siamo stati molto bene

Posizione e vista spettacolare dalla cucina/soggiorno. L'appartamento è situato nel palazzo del sottopasso ferroviario, d'inverno con le finestre chiuse il disagio è minimo, d'estate non saprei. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile nel lasciarci l'abitazione fino all'ora del nostro treno. E' stata anche molto disponibile nel creare due letti singoli.

i tre piani a piedi sono un po' faticosi ma lo sapevamo. Le coperte un po' pesanti nel senso di peso-
