Wonderful location, and adorable and spacious place. Had AC which kept the main area cool. Had a washer, which we didn't use, but nice place to hang our wet suits and towels. Directions and ease of entry was perfect (10-15 minute walk from Train station to your door). Awesome restaurants just outside your door. 5 min walk to beach and boat tour launch (highly recommend)

The AC was unable to "reach" the bedrooms at night, and there was no fan to help 'push' the air into those spaces - so sleeping was very hot (I ended up on couch because I was dying). (They need an oscillating fan- that would've fixed this issue). If you have ANY accessibility issues ...this place is not for you- STEEP STEEP stairs make getting up with your suitcases NO JOKE. Same with descending. My husband's big feet made descent perilous. If you are over 6' tall, you might not like the low ceiling bathroom. Including beach towels would have been a nice add ...ended up having to buy some.

location was perfect. We were comfortable staying there and cooked all our meals at the property and did our laundryt.

There was nothing we didnt like. A microwave would have been nice. We were warned that the stairs were steep and they were very steep.
