La posizione poco distante dal mare è praticamente in centro
Io darei più che altro un consiglio consigliatissimo sistemare ogni cosa tra letto ,divano a letto ,pentole a induzione consigliatissime ,tavolo cucina, tutto da sistemare diciamo non da ristrutturare ma quasi 😅

L'appartamento è grande e ha una bellissima terrazza nella quale abbiamo mangiato colazione e cena. È comodissimo al parcheggio e si trova nella parte più tranquilla di Monterosso vecchia, che è la più tipica.
C'è abbastanza umidità, ci sono un po' di zanzare e non ci sono le zanzariere, l'appartamento è parecchio vecchietto e, se venisse un po' sistemato, sicuramente ne trarrebbe beneficio.
