LEMONS HOUSE

La casa es cómoda y fresca sobretodo limpia

La proximité des la plage et le jardin privatif

Peu de vaisselle, notamment de couverts… un peu plus et ce serait parfait. Et prévoir de l’anti moustique pour le soir.

We spent very nice time in Monterosso and we liked the apartments in general.

I would not say that we didn’t like it but, it would be great if the host could add a bit more comfort: extra towels, garbage bags, a cloth for wiping the table, laundry detergent, and maybe replace the hair dryer. These small touches wouldn’t cost much but would make the stay more convenient. It’s not very comfortable when you have to run around an unfamiliar town looking for basic household supplies.

Just location

I was disappointed with my stay. The apartment was clean, and I don’t want to blame the cleaning lady, but there was a constant unpleasant, stuffy smell inside the apartment, especially in the bathroom. I don’t know where the smell was coming from, but it was noticeable throughout my stay and made the experience uncomfortable. Another major problem was that the address listed on Booking.com was incorrect. I went to the address provided, but the property was not there. The owner did not speak English, so it was very difficult to communicate with her and understand where I was supposed to go. Unfortunately, it also started raining heavily while I was standing outside trying to find the correct location. I got completely soaked, including my clothes, luggage and important documents. The host should have communicated with me before my arrival, provided the correct address and explained clearly where I needed to go and how I would receive the keys. Overall, the apartment was clean, but the unpleasant smell and the problems with the address and communication made the experience very stressful and disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Booking Review Addition I was only informed about this after I finally met the lady who handed me the keys. She explained that the address shown on the listing was under renovation, which was why I was taken to a different location. However, I had not been informed about this before my arrival, so I had no idea that I needed to go to a different address. As a result, I was left standing outside in heavy rain, getting completely soaked, along with my luggage and important documents, while trying to find the correct location.
