La scala di accesso un po’ ripida: forse lo segnalerei. Con me c’era una persona con dei problemi deambulatori e ha avuto un po’ di difficoltà nella salita e nella discesa quotidiana

The location!!!
That the house do not have air condicionar and since it it in center of the city is impossible to stay with the windows open to circulate that air because of the noise outside.
