The location of the house was excellent, very close to restaurants, beaches, and tourist attractions. The bedroom, living room, balcony, and kitchen were all very pleasant. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities, and the decor was charming. All the details regarding transportation and arrival were shared with us very professionally, making it so easy to find the house. Thank you!
The only downside of the house was the lack of air conditioning. Unfortunately, the fan is not enough during hot weather. Other than that, we were satisfied with everything.

We loved being in Monterosso.
There were too many automated template messages, which made the whole experience feel impersonal. I felt that the main priority was making sure I paid the tourist tax as soon as possible during check-in. Before departure, I received a long list of instructions in Italian about how to leave the apartment, which felt quite stressful and overwhelming. Very impersonal. The apartment is managed by an agency rather than a host.
