Beautiful appartment, clean & modern

The photos really do not do the apartment any justice. It’s modern, very clean & Close to the beach, train station, bars etc just lots of steps to get to it! Apartment is lovely & has everything you need, except a kettle! There’s every appliance including a juicer etc but no kettle! Courtyard is great, lovely space to sit and hang out towels/washing etc. bed was comfy but would be nice to have plain sheets (the dark blue as pictured) needs replacing with a plain one. Shower is powerful. We loved it. The Host was great but told us not to go to the old town, said it was noisy, expensive and lots of bikes and recommended restaurants near the apartment. HOWEVER, please ignore this advice, the old town is beautiful and if you don’t go to the old town you have not seen the best of Montorosso! It’s stunning.

Just perfect for a family of 3 for a 5 night stay!

Beautifully clean, modern apartment with private courtyard. Complete with all the facilities for a gorgeous stay in Monterosso. It also includes free Wi-Fi and a washing machine (which I don’t think it lists in the included facilities).

as many have stated, it’s a decent 150 steps up from the water, followed by 50steps down to the ground floor apartment. No problem for us, but just important to know before you go. You can walk up the road (no steps) but the 50 steps down are unavoidable.

So good we stayed an extra day!

Place was perfect for our party of 3! Bed was comfortable as was the pull out sofa bed (surprisingly!) we loved the outdoor patio area and spent many mornings and late afternoons enjoying the sunshine and quiet. Used the washing machine to do a load of laundry and kitchen to cook a dinner. I don’t believe Iris is the main host for this unit however she and her communication skills were fantastic!

While there are plenty of comments and well detailed instructions from the host, the stairs with luggage are intimidating 😁

This is an awesome property. Hope to visit again in the not-to-distant future.

Everything from booking, though key pick-up was extremely well-organized. The unit was even better than it looked online, and the check in process was perfect. Inside the unit was everything you could possibly need for a week (or longer). I would strongly recommend this property.

Anyone with mobility challenges needs to know there are 148 steps leading up to the unit, and 50 more going down into the unit from the main door. This presented no problems to us, however anyone unwilling or unable to go up/down stairs should look elsewhere. Otherwise, this unit was as close to perfect as you could possibly ask for. Clean, fresh and perfectly located to enjoy Cinque Terre's splendor.

Views on the walk down to Monterosso beach were spectacular

Extremely clean flat with a beautiful garden terrace. Only a short walk to the beach and old town with an 8-minute walk to the station. The host couldn't have been more helpful and will help with reservations at restaurants in Monterosso. We would 100% stay in this apartment again and loved our host.

There were no negatives from us. The only thing to highlight is if you have large bags take the hill up rather than the stairs to the apartment. Then the only stairs you'll need to take will be down to the apartment as it's located on the ground floor, which was expected. Anywhere in Monterosso, you are more than likely going to hear the freight trains roll through, on occasion. If you live in a city or suburban area when sleeping this won't be an issue.

Le contact que notre hôtesse à pris avec nous avant notre arrivée et ses explications, avec plans. Son accueil très chaleureux et en français! Elle a pris du temps, nous a donné une foule d'informations sur la région et tous les horaires des bateaux, les prix des parcours, les bonnes adresses, ... L'emplacement de l'appartement dans cette magnifique région. Le calme absolu dans la maison.

Una terraza q podíamos comer ahí, pues adentro era incómodo

Nunca dicen qué hay que subir 210 escaleras, dice 200 metros de la playa , pero de ahí hay las escalas 210 para llegar al apartamento.
