Overall , a good experience.

Location close to beach. Inside of apartment was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning was very welcome.

Outside of the property was not well maintained and gave a poor first impression. Variable quality of communication.

Excellent stay

Very comfortable and good space apartment with two good beds and easy access to sea side and Train station. Amazing beach side with restaurants and walkways. Parking is very restricted in this area, you would find one near the beach side which is expensive. Host provided all the information and was very helpful.

Great Location: A Short Walk to Everything in Monterossa

Great location and spacious apartment in Monterossa. Large kitchen, living room, and balcony. A short walk from the train station, shops, and restaurants.

The outside of the property is in poor condition. The path is significantly overgrown and the pathway lights didn't work. Not ideal when arriving after dark. We had issues with the water heater, and after complicated instructions over the phone we fixed the problem.

All in all, we had a great stay, the exterior just needed a wee bit of TLC

The location was perfect, very quiet. Inside the apartment was very clean and there was everything we needed for our holiday, and great to have a washing machine. Air conditioning was brilliant in the hot weather!

The garden was overgrown and looked uncared for on the way in. There were plants well over growing the path . There was a step where the slab had come off and loose tiles on the way up the stairs. In one of the bedrooms the door frame came off a few times when we closed the door. Also drying rack for clothes outside was rusty and old.

Die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat für mich nicht funktioniert. Wir erhielten den Pin für das Kästchen erst, als wir die Dokumente via Whatsapp geschickt hatten. Mir war das zu kompliziert, aber ich erhielt keine Hilfe. Wenn nicht meine jüngeren Töchter das geregelt hätten, hätte ich wieder abreisen müssen, obschon alles schon bezahlt war.

Appartamento comodo, spazioso e pulito. Portale di prenotazione un po' inefficiente.

Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, pulito e confortevole, in facilmente raggiungibile e ben posizionata, molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Climatizzatori nuovi ed efficienti. Bel terrazzo immerso nel verde con parziale vista mare.

Le zone esterne sono carenti di manutenzione e parecchio disordinate. Il portale di affitto propone alcuni servizi aggiuntivi, tra cui la possibilità di prenotare la spiaggia ma, nonostante l'adesione alla proposta e vari solleciti (sia tramite mail che portale di Booking) non abbiamo ricevuto il servizio ed abbiamo dovuto pensarci in autonomia con il rischio di non trovare posto. Il portale dell'host in generale non funziona benissimo e evidentemente si perde le prenotazioni dei servizi aggiuntivi proposti.

Vi kom sent på kvelden og da var det ingen lys på til inngangen og inngangsdør. Det var veldig mørkt. Var ikke oppvaskbørste og håndkle Badet var veldig lite. For harde puter. Utsjekk for tidlig. Fikk lite skriftlige svar fra Nettuno kundeservicen/vanskelig å få kontakt.

Il prezzo piuttosto caro Per raggiungere l’appartamento, si passa da un giardino che non era curato e dovevamo scansare alcuni rovi per passare . Non abbiamo avuto contatti diretti con il proprietario, dobbiamo fare tutto seguendo le istruzioni online o al massimo chiedendo info su WhatsApp inoltre, non c’è stata elasticità sull’orario del check out delle 10 di mattina, nonostante siamo fuori stagione …

Manglende brukermanualer. Overtapede brytere, dermed fungerte ikke stekeovn. Sviktende oppvarming av varmtvann. Måtte ringe for å få hjelp. Lekk oppvaskmaskin. Måtte repareres. Lekkasje fra dusjkabinett. Ingen ekstra håndklær. Overgrodd hage med eføy som hang ned over port og inngangssti.

Magisch en romantisch!

De ligging, kort bij het strand waar je 's morgens zalig op terrasjes kon gaan ontbijten. Één resto waar je heerlijk kon eten (trouwens ook aangeraden door onze host). Het appartement was ruim en er was heel veel licht, kamers groot genoeg en fijne bedden. Klein leuk terrasje. Heel goede internetverbinding. Het gebouw aan de buitenkant stelt niet veel voor maar als je eenmaal binnen bent geniet je van een aangename zicht, appartement is werkelijk oké. Monterosso al Mare is prachtig, zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven. Terre Marine is een goede organisatie, hebben ons alle info tijdig doorgestuurd, met alle mogelijkheden van excursies, uitstapjes, boottrip, resto's, enz. De uitleg over de sleutels en het appartement terug vinden was ook echt duidelijk (appartement ligt zo wat binnen in, je ziet het niet van de straat). Dit is een absolute aanrader!

Doordat er buiten heel veel planten en groen is krioelde het van kleine insecten en de trappen naar het appartement waren er vol van en soms had je zo ook binnen (vooral in de keuken).
