After a long day of travel and multiple delays, arriving at Casa Natalia was exactly the warm welcome I needed. Natalia had clearly communicated our meeting point at Bar Gio, which is less than a two-minute walk from the Monterosso train station. From there, she walked me another two minutes to the apartment, making the entire journey from the station incredibly easy. The apartment is located on the first floor with just a few stairs, which wasn’t an issue for me since I only had a backpack and carry-on. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked well, and after spending the day in 95-degree weather, it was a welcome relief. Natalia took the time to show me around and made me feel right at home. She even provided thoughtful welcome drinks—a large bottle of water and a bottle of Prosecco—which was such a nice touch after a long travel day. The bathroom was very clean and surprisingly spacious, and the apartment also includes a washing machine, which is a great convenience for travelers needing to do a quick load of laundry. Although my stay was short and I only used the kitchen to enjoy the complimentary Prosecco, it appeared to have everything needed for a longer stay. Another thoughtful perk was the complimentary breakfast at Bar Gio the following morning, which I picked up on my way to the train station. Overall, Casa Natalia is an excellent choice if you’re staying in Monterosso. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the train station and within easy walking distance of everything. Natalia is a wonderful host who truly goes the extra mile to make her guests feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect

Location very central. Air conditioning amazing. Wonderful facilities (kitchen and washing machine). Host wonderful and very communicative. Wonderful breakfast items included for stay.

Not a huge amount of natural light in the unit. Pillows were too hard and big - hard to flatten for sleeping.
