long walk up a steep hill

Lovely, large, quiet villa in Monterosso with incredible hosts and space for a family of six. .

The hosts and property manager Bianca are lovely and very responsive. Google took us to the wrong place and Bianca came running to find us and lead us the right way. They were very helpful and accommodating. The place has a great kitchen and Bianca stocked it with basic essentials to make our stay so easy. That was a treat. It’s a steep climb from the village and we loved the exercise but it might not be to everyone’s liking. There’s also a great sitting room upstairs with a view we really enjoyed. I’m fussy and I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

No AC downstairs but great working AC upstairs in bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is downstairs though with no AC but it wasn’t hot even with high temps outside. It’s an Italy thing because I notice that when the information provided says AC, it doesn’t mean there is AC everywhere.

Wonderful hosts - Paula was outstanding, comfortable property - be prepared to walk up to it.

No breakfast was served because of covid, but we gave a list of things to have in the kitchen and they bought it for us.

An uphill family retreat but worth the efforts!

The apartment was large enough for the five adults. Clean and very comfortable. The view was beautiful and it was outside of town so in e evenings it was not noisy. This was a huge plus!

The only negative was that we weren’t told the the apartment was up a steep hill until we texted that we were set to arrive shortly. After a day or so of walking this hill just became bigger- lol.no but really for elderly people or disabled it is not possible. You would have to take a cab up and down each time you leave the house. The only other things we would have liked were instructions on how to use the washing machine so that the appliances remain in good order. The WiFi did not work but the management was so quick to acquire a transportable WiFi unit for us so we could work in the afternoons. They were very accommodating!

Great experience enjoying our stay in Cinque Terre.

Great location and very accommodating host. Property is clean, modern, spacious and comfortable with excellent outdoor eating/seating to enjoy the view. Great for family staying at the Cinque Terre, will definitely consider staying at same location on future visits to CT.
