Would not stay again.

When I first arrived I got a margarita pizza and the sauce tasted like canned tomato soup which was unappetizing. Beds and bedding were quite uncomfortable. The carpets needed to be replaced a long time ago in the room. Worst yet the fitness facilities where disorganized and stalked with equipment that was broken or of poor quality. The pool was closed for my stay and it look quite run down looked nothing like in the pictures.

It was cheap and they offer breakfast.

It seems that they are doing economy. Sometimes the rooms are not heated or the water cold. However, the girl from the bar and reception was nice with us and tried to help. They also gave us a heater when we requested it. Also the spa is not well mentained, I will not consider it through the facilites.

Great value for the money, walking distance to the gondola, but stuff is always ready to take you on the bus. All stuff were extremely friendly and really look after us. Defffinantly will come back there.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The spa wasn’t working and the staff failed to notify us about it. The indoors pool was freezing cold and dirty.

Enjoyed Bansko

Nice Mountain views from balcony. Located near to mountains - easy to drive up to Vihren Hut for hikes at this time of year when less busy. Helpful and friendly staff especially Danny.

No air con although staff kindly found us a fan for our room which worked well. School party arrived during our stay - very busy at breakfast. Approx 25 min walk right down into old part of town which was nice on the first day but as we hiked most days became tiring by the end.

The location of the hotel is great, rooms have mountain view, best in town might I add. We had lots of parking spaces to chose from, the room was perfectly clean and the breakfast was absolutely above expectationst. It is a hotel that truly respects itself and its brand. We look forward to come back in the near future.

I was on summer. Excellent air. So good to go to balcony to work with computer. Close to hiking routes. Mountain View is charming in the morning . Breakfast is fair. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Sauna + pool is excellent addition. ***Dani on reception was very service oriented and helped me several times. Really made my stage very joyful

Certain lack of privacy on rooms because balconies has no walls between rooms. guy standing on neighbouring balcony can watch you inside the room so you need to close the windows and door curtains . Breakfast is not very rich. Location. Good only if you have a rented car otherwise you have a lot to walk to the city. On summary, supermarkets are not opened in the surrounding so you need to go long way and back almost hiking :-)

Very pleasant hotel

A very good breakfast; clean, comfortable room; good wifi; pleasant swimming pool with spotless facilities; a pleasant, helpful receptionist; lobby bar service; located on the edge of town facing the Pirins with a 20 minute walk to the main town.

Perhaps supply extra cups and glasses and some coffee sachets! That said, we would happily return.

- Most of the employees on reception and restaurant were kind - Sufficient hot water for showering, comfortable temperature

- Ski shuttle is free only in fixed hours, overlapping with the breakfast - The pool/spa area are on the cooler side, some facilities not working - Breakfast was repetitive, with poor choices

Very helpful staff in a mountainous location with balcony views over the range.

The hotel is located away from the Old Town of Bansko and more towards the mountainous side. It is part of a larger hotel complex which I imagine is bustling in Winter Ski Season. We were there in Summer and it was very quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful whilst we were there and even after we left; I left my passport behind and they kindly forwarded it on to another city without issue. There was a continental breakfast included and parking was not an issue.

The shower tap in the bathroom did not work properly which mean that the overhead shower was only at half pressure. In fairness, we were only there for two nights and did not bother to raise this, so it may well have been fixed if we had. There was no air con in the room which meant that it got incredibly warm in the evening and we struggled to cool it down. Personally speaking, we found the bed fairly uncomfortable but that may just be our preferences and what we are used to.

Nice stay for us

Great position, super close to city center, gondola and the road to Polyana (if you want to go up by car). Has a fair amount of parking spots. Has got nice rooms, nice staff, nice lobby area. Breakfast was good also.

The spa water was very cold. It wasnt usable. They say about 27c but its lower for sure. Its a huge pool though, beautiful as well, but cold water.

Very good stay, value good for money

Staff was very kind. The room was very big, warm and clean with a great view to the mountain. Location is great and quiet. The shuttle service was prompt.

Breakfast can be improved ( the white cheese was not good at all, we did not have scrambled or fried eggs during our stay ) The room where the pool is situated should be warmer.

the hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony had a great view of the mountains. A good bathroom was present.

we booked this hotel as my wife and daughter do not ski, they only visit the spa. The pool was out of order, only half full, and the water in the children's pool was cold. We had to go to Hotel Kempinski each time, which had a normal spa where my wife and daughter could relax, each time we had to pay ~35 euros per person. breakfast was unsatisfactory, the food was not very tasty and varied. The shuttle to the Gondola only ran very early, so either go for breakfast or go skiing. I had to drive my car every time and leave it in a paid parking lot. In fact, due to the lack of a spa and a normal shuttle, I overpaid ~80 euros a day or 320 euro in total for all days

Ok but will not repeat

The property was clean and nice

There were signs indicating direction to jacuzzi in several places at the hotel, but actually there was no jacuzzi at all. The Spa center was very cold and not well maintained. The area with the pools in particular was very cold. The small pool was supposed to be with warm water, but it wasn’t warm at all on the first day of our stay. The steam bath wasn’t warm enough to be used during the entire working hours for the spa center. There was nobody at the reception of the spa center to address any issues or to help with inquiries. There was no ashtray left on the balcony in our room (I saw there was on the balconies of neighboring rooms) and I kindly requested the lady on the reception to guide me from where I can go and pick one myself. She told me that they will bring it to our room. Few minutes later, they brought be a small bowl because they couldn’t find an actual ashtray in the entire hotel and they told me that on the next day when the cleaning ladies pass by our room they will add one. On the next day not only there wasn’t any ashtray but the cleaning ladies also collected the bowl. Food is overpriced and there is no working kitchen all the time. I went to ask for a snack/sandwich around 15-16h and I was told initially that they cannot offer me anything. Then, the lady from the bar at the lobby improvised some basic sandwich portion consisting of two slices of bread, ham, cheese, 2 pieces of cucumber and 2 pieces of tomato at the price of 10BGN… this is insane especially because the products were with very low quality… The breakfast which is included is also with very low quality products. It would be better not to offer breakfast if you are offering such a low quality one… In the overall, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. It might have been worth 4 stars some time in the past, but currently the maintenance is far below that level. It’s more like a 3 star hotel.

The hotel lobby gave some really nice and cozy vibes

First of all, I had the check in at 11AM confirmed with the hotel,anyways me and my family got there around 1PM and we needed to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to check in at 14:20. The other day we wanted to eat dinner at the restaurant and they made us wait 30 mins to get the order even though the restaurant was completely empty. On the last day, me and my brother woke up earlier to eat breakfast and go skiing, the hotel policies say that breakfast is from 7:30-10:00, so we went down at 7:35 and the breakfast area was not open and it didn’t open till 8:10, other people was also waiting with us and complaining.

The staff is friendly and very responsive. The location is superb - within walking distance from the forest and still close enough to the town. The room is spacious.

There is no AC - extremely challenging in the hot summer. The breakfast was with limited choice and poorly prepared. There were some hairs both in the bathtub and the bed.

Nice stuff who tried their best to accomodate us, and a very good value for money. They let us use the pool 1h before openning, that was beyond the expectation.

The view from the window, directly to the parking (could be underground or not directly in front), trafo station and trash cans. While the mountain was maginificent, this destroyed the view.

The noise of the fridge. The behavior of the waiter in the dinner. He told us the kitchen is closed because it was late, but he continued to bring plates to other people. He didn't offered an alternative (salad, pasta, something). They were still 20 minutes before closing time. The balcony has a 1.5 m tall wall, so the view was minimum.

Everything excellent.

The friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel deserve appreciation. Messrs. Dany and Zlatko tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast could be more varied (a year ago it was better) and thought so that even at 9:00 a.m. you have a choice of products. (they no longer refill). Acces at SPA and wellness is free of charge.
