Varied breakfast menu to suit everyone the food was excellent and could it was freshly produced excellent friendly service.
Also ordered dinner which was also excellent and an extensive menu which you ordered your choice at breakfast.
Had a single room which was ideal for my requirements.
Enjoyed my stay.

Kris is an incredibly warm, welcoming, and gracious host, without being at all overbearing. The location is great, on a nice, quiet, residential street in Llandudno, but still just a few minutes' walk from everything. Check-in/check-out was an absolute breeze. The (included!) breakfast was absolutely delightful, by far the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel stay; simply sit at the table matching your room number and order fresh from the generous menu. The vegetarian options were amazing, and there's ample tea, coffee, and cereals to help keep you so full that you won't need to eat again until dinnertime. There is a parlor and bar area downstairs, though I tragically wasn't able to make time for it this time; next visit for sure!

Positioned in a quiet area
Breakfast was very nice
Paint peeling all around front entrance door.
The house smelled a little stale
Table cloths in dining room stained and not changed from day to day
Tomato sauce bottles had coagulated sauce all around the top
Room not vacumed
Window casings in room have a lot of dirt build up
Side of house has cardboard boxes and generally untidy
Cups not cleaned in room
Room door very poorly decorated
