Location was great, we managed to get parked at the front of the property too. Breakfast was great. All the people who ran the guest house were lovely.
We felt it was a little tired, and in need of some tlc. The rooms were clean but some of the furniture and paint work was tired and worn.

Little bit grubby, no eye for detail, could be so much better with a bit of a spruce up, very dirty carpet on arrival isn’t a good first impression, just needs more care, the corroded element in the electric jug I don’t think would be healthy
