Hubby really enjoyed his full English breakfast! Room and location perfect

Hubby said that the mattress was perfect for him, but for me it was too soft as I have problems with my spine so need a much firmer mattress.

Hotel did not meet a 4 star billing

Positioned in a quiet area Breakfast was very nice

Paint peeling all around front entrance door. The house smelled a little stale Table cloths in dining room stained and not changed from day to day Tomato sauce bottles had coagulated sauce all around the top Room not vacumed Window casings in room have a lot of dirt build up Side of house has cardboard boxes and generally untidy Cups not cleaned in room Room door very poorly decorated

A little gem in the heart of Llandudno

The warm and informative welcome from the owners, the location with parking was excellent, breakfast was extremely good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and good value; breakfast was excellent

The breakfast was delicious, and with it included in the price we paid, it was very good value. The location is in a quiet area about 4 minutes walk to the heart of Llandudno, so it was very convenient to park our car at the hotel or on the side street, and walk into town, instead of taking the car into the town. The room was spacious and had everything we needed; our host was excellent - very kind, very helpful, always greeted us with a smile. We very much enjoyed our stay; thank you!

Great for a get away from everything and everybody

The breakfast at Sunnycroft Guest House is out of this world very nice.You get a choice off what you want.You can pre book a evening meal Kris is a fantastic chef,You pay extra for evening meal but its well worth the money,you get a 3 course.I would recommend the guest house to anyone i have been 3 times and going again very soon,You also get free off street parking a small parking area but plenty off road parking,What ever room number you in is your table number which is great no sharing i always go in no 3 a single which is abs beautiful

LLandudno luxury in small hotel

Hotel was in a secluded area. Room was perfect position on ground floor. Also, I could put my mobility scooter in the bar lounge to power up over night. Glad of the little bottles of shampoo etc, rather than it being stuck on a wall out of reach for me as a disabled lady. Breakfast was first class. We were also impressed with the 3 course dinner specials. Hosts were very welcoming.

Even though I was provided a shower stool, it was too unsteady for me as a double amputee. So, my friend adjusted the temperature as I couldn't reach controls.

The staff and owners were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was tasty.

There is slightly more attention to the bathroom required, namely the sink area under the main tap. A cream cap under the shower came off, so I put it back on. I guess it's not something that the cleaner would take off and clean unless it fell off. The handrail had the floormat on instead of the hand towel. I had to inform the minor that it was a floormat, not the hand towel. Maybe consider blinds or net curtains for privacy. These are minor things that did not have a significant impact on our stay at Sunnycroft Hotel. Many thanks to the owners and staff for making our visit and staying pleasant.

Fantabulous

There is nothing not to like ! Kris gave me a courtesy call in the morning which I've never received for any hotel we've stayed in the past so that impressed me. Lovely warm welcome, Kris also allowed us to book on for evening meal even though we had only just arrived, the food is all made from scratch and was amazing we were well and truly stuffed afterwards and such great value. Both Kris and Erin are so accommodating and just an all round lovely couple.... faultless and we all can't wait to stay again

Shower could of been a bit more powerful but that is literally it and that isn't something that would stop us from returning

Welcoming, friendly, homely and a good location for exploring North Wales.

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of tea, coffee and juices available. Cereal and yoghurt if you wish. Cooked breakfast prepared to order. Whatever you requested was done with no fuss. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and the team. Very welcoming and a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay. Location meant that we could leave the car and take a short stroll to the seafront, promenade and shops, cafes etc. Facilities and room comforts/cleanliness are faultless.

Fresh milk in the room for tea/coffee would have been exceptional.

Everything was perfect, on the day of arrival we had a call from the owner asking us when we’d be arriving and the arrangement was perfect thru out our trip. Breakfast was fresh every day and well planned . The rooms were spacious and everything you’d need was already there . We’ll definitely come back here

Excellent accomodation

We had a wonderful stay at Sunnycroft hotel. Kris, our host, is so friendly and welcoming, made us feel like visiting a good friend. The family room we stayed was a good size, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and everything you need for the stay. Location is excellent, very quiet and peaceful area, close to town centre and the beach promenade. Breakfast is served fresh to order,with a great choice of food, generous portions, very beautifully cooked and presented. Also they serve a three course evening meals, we haven’t tried but is great to know you have options. You can also enjoy a drink from the bar in the lounge area. So, well done to Kris and his team for doing an excellent job. Thank you very much for a great stay!

A great find

Hotel was clean and quiet and the lounge/bar area and separate dining room were both lovely. The hosts were attentive and friendly and the food was great. My single room was quiet and spacious and great value with breakfast included (optional evening meal was great too and well worth it). I was able to park my car on the front car park with no problems, a big bonus as it was bank holiday weekend. It's only a few mins stroll from the shops and sea front but away from all the hussle and bustle and noise, so nice and relaxed. A great find, highly recommended and I will definately be back.

A really great weekend away

The room was a good size..but a couple of Items did not work ie Shaver Socket above the Mirror also No Hot Water tap operating in the Toilet. Otherwise Good.

Very, very, enjoyable

The location (when I got my bearings) was great for the town, restaurants, and the beach.The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious, and filling. For a short get away by myself this was the perfect place to stay. I liked that there was off road parking. I got a lovely feel for the family run hotel as soon as I stepped through the door and won't hesitate about returning.

Writing this after enjoying every aspect of my stay in Llandudno there is nothing I didn't like.
