The lady who checked us in was really friendly and welcoming. The room was bright and fresh and exceptionally clean. Lovely bathroom, very modern. Breakfast was really generous with a continental selection and a delicious hot full Welsh option.
Nothing to improve. Would definitely return.

Melissa was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room and shower were nicely done out and very clean. The breakfast was freshly made and there was lots of choice including for vegetarian and other diets. I felt comfortable, had plenty of personal space and would definitely return should I find myself in Llandudno again.
I can't think of anything that I didn't not like - I enjoyed my stay.
