Wonderful loving memories!

Everything was perfect! Melissa welcomed us upon arrival as if we were friends into her home and was there to greed us every morning at breakfast in the cosy, bright, and beautiful dining room. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. We were delighted by the care that went into making the place so hospitable, from the little reindeers that decorated the tables to the free refreshments. Free refreshments! Where else do you get that?! The room was spacious, spotless, and bright. Also, plenty of reading material in the communal areas. The location is beautiful, close to the city centre, and very quiet - I was waken up by the seagulls which I loved. Our experience here left us with great memories and longing to return.

Honestly, anyone finding a fault here need to get their heads checked.

I would definitely recommend Brigstock House and will be returning.

Melissa was very welcoming and understanding given my late arrival due to a 2 hour train delay. Great location just a short walk to the town centre, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, bathroom had an excellent shower, and the breakfast was perfect. I loved the availability of fresh milk from the mini fridge in the reception rather than UHT pods in the room, and the availability of good quality tea coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, it makes all the difference when you are away from home.

Very comftable stay

Best breakfast weve had staying in BandB's, Cereals,fruit yoghurts,cooked breakfasts(many variations). Free snacks at reception (cake,sweets,crisps,fresh milk, biscuits as well as hot drink in room). Great shower room, good size, plenty of storage and hangers. Bed made daily with fresh cups and wine glasses. Car parking space.

There was nothing nothing not to like for us. We had 1 day golf and 2 days walking. We were even lucky with the weather for November.

A lovely, cosy early autumn break!

Well located, cosy and very welcoming! There were lots of extra little touches that made the stay so lovely too. We were greeted at the doorstep when we arrived, there were lovely extras to make us very comfortable and Melissa was really friendly and helpful too!

First time in Wales and absolutely loved it, B&B made it, we also got lucky with the weather.

Room was excellent, spotless, very comfortable bed, room was better than we have ever had before in other B&B's. Hosts Melissa and Martin have got this down to a tee, you couldn't ask for anymore to be honest. Would definitely recommend this to others, and only a short walk from the main shops.

Excellent short weekend stay certainly do it again

We both really enjoyed the breakfast, good choice and at first I wasn't a big fan of the pre-order breakfast the night before but I surely get the point of it now. The room was very spacious and fresh feel to it and the welcome was second to none it makes All the difference. The shower/toilet room also was to our liking with a nice powerful shower and easy to work/use we can't fault martin and Melissa business in any way keep up the good work. Steven and florenda

Gem of a place

Absolute gem of a place. We couldn't fault anything. The bedroom suite was tastefully furnished and having the fridge was a bonus. The breakfast was really fantastic and everything cooked to perfection. Choice was excellent. Thank you for the lovely slice of cake on arrival and the complementary drinks & snacks available at all times in reception. This is something you dont see very often at all. Melissa is an exceptional hostess and goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Thank you for making our stay so much more special. We will definitely be back.

Two relaxing nights after golf

Very spacious and well appointed room. Nicely decorated with a separate lounge and a modern bathroom with a good shower. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good the choice of scrambled poached eggs. Shame there’s no fried egg. An excellent quiet place to stay with a short walk towards the seafront

We have been to many B&B's over the years and the Brigstock is up there with the best. Spotless everywhere and a superb breakfast. Great hosts with nothing too much trouble. You cant go wrong staying here in Llandudno. Thanks very much. John and Eve
