Excellent hotel and host.

A very warm welcome and goodbye from Mark. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. My room had everything I needed. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower cubicle. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, which were replenished. Availability to have drinks in the lounge, with tv and books too. Everything was immaculately clean. Perfect location and quiet. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely return in the future.

The Perfect getaway

The hotel was in the perfect location. It was beautifully decorated throughout. Some beautiful finishing touches. Andrea & Mark are wonderful people who go above and beyond

Absolutely fantastic!

After reading the fantastic reviews we knew The Rosedene would be a wonderful place to stay, and it didn’t disappoint. From the welcome messages to the warm welcome we received on arrival, it was a real pleasure to interact with Mark & Andrea. The period property is beautiful, impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could think of catered for. The hosts were very tentative and informative of the area and had suggestions for the wonderful experiences we had. The property is on a quiet road, and we found a free spot to park right outside. It was a very short walk to the beach and shops and perfectly located for a plethora of choices for food and drink. The room was perfectly sized and very quiet, you wouldn’t even know the other rooms were all occupied! We will be recommending The Rosedene to everyone we know, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see it win multiple awards! We will definitely be returning for more than 2 nights next time, as Llandudno is the most beautiful seaside resort. Truly a picture postcard location.

The Rosedene exceeded our expectations - from the start - we were met outside and welcomed by Andrea - the hotel was immaculate, spotless and finished to a high standard. Andrea and Mark were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and bright and newly refurbed to a high standard. It is situated really near to all Llandudno has to offer but was quiet and peaceful at night time. Really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to family and friends, it will definitely be our go to place for trips to Llandudno

It was an excellent place to stay.

The welcome was warm but also very efficient. I was made to feel welcome. The whole property is neat and clean and in good condition. The room I had was quiet. The bed was comfy. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and a nice tv. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, fresh towels. All through the stay the atmosphere was cheerful and welcoming.

Probably just the parking situation, if you’re up there at the weekend it could be tricky finding a spot! It is very unlikely you’ll get one right outside the property.

The best place to stay in Llandudno!!

Absolutely incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, modern, friendly and homely. Mark and Andrea made us feel so welcome and treated us like VIPs. We had such a fantastic stay and we will not be staying anywhere else in Llandudno, The Rosedene is our new go to place. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it - you won’t regret it! I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you both for a fantastic stay! X

Excellent Hotel

As soon as you walked into the door of the hotel it smelled amazing, the hotel was beautiful very clean, the owners are lovely and friendly. We had a warm welcome it felt like a home away from home. The rooms was perfect beautifully decorated. The beds was one if the most comfortable bed I have slept on. The guest lounge area was nice and chilled myself and my partner enjoyed having a drink watching a film and playing games. We have already booked to come back couldn't recommend the hotel enjoyed 10/10 perfect excellent.

Excellent, as always

Have been here 5 times now. Definitely my place to rest and relax. My 2nd home. Clean, comfortable, warm, welcoming, fabulous hosts and location is spot on. What more could you ask for? Already booked my 6th stay in a couple of months!
