Llandudno Trip

The lady was very Helpful and Prompt at responding to our Booking, nothing was too much trouble for her. Was able to park right outside the Property and the location was ideal 👍 Very Central to where we wanted to be, would have no hesitation in booking here again, for a longer period.

We had a bit of a problem in that we were not able to switch the Volume up ⏫ But we were only staying for one night on this occasion anyway. But would need to resolve this if we were planning on staying longer.

Basically in all honesty not a thing

Everything from the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out an hour later. This is an underground flat that is extremely cold and smells of damp. We were under the impression that you get the whole flat as nowhere does it state you are sharing with the lady that lives there. You are placed in one room (whole family) with the owner in the bedroom next door the whole time. Very uncomfortable and off putting from the moment we walked in. There was a very low bed/mattress made up on the floor for the kids. Twice had a bug crawling over it. Big bed is extremely uncomfortable and the room was freezing. Neither kids were comfortable and didn't even want to use the toilet. Bedroom door cannot be locked from inside. The noise from the children upstairs is enough to drive you bonkers, constant slamming banging and shouting. One of the worst places I have ever booked to stay. We were In the room about an hour and just couldn't stay so had to book somewhere else to stay last minute and just leave. Nothing about the place is welcoming. You feel like you can't even leave the room and have no freedom to move in there. No real use of the garden. How this place is even available for booking to stay or on booking.com is beyond me and should not be allowed. I would highly recommend NOT booking this place and to read all reviews before hand as there are many negative reviews. If you do decide to book take extra blankets and be prepared to be sharing with the landlady We walked out after an hour. What a waste of money on an over priced bedroom as that's all you're really paying for. Good luck to anyone who does decide to stay.

it was a pleasant stay the bonus is we can you use the facilities of the kitchen

the only honest issue was the sofa bed, was a little uncomfortable as you can feel the boards underneath so I invested in a double air bed.

Pls don’t stay unless you plan not to sleep!!!!

Room is clean and very spacious. Location is convenient and near the pier but night time noisy as opposite a night club.

Upstairs kids were jumping up and down and running around way past 1am and the walls are paper thin!! The ceiling was literally shaking the glass wall lights were clanging all night!! The manager did nothing!! Not even a polite word! Infact the contrary and said what did I expect to choose such a ‘good’ location. If people opt for a family room surely it’s expected that babies/kids are staying then reinforce the walls or something to minimize disruption if she is so unwilling to do anything. My baby kept waking up and crying, I had to hold him all night to comfort him back to sleep. Even I jumped out of my skin a couple of times!!! In the end my husband had to bang on the flat door as they ignored/never heard the first couple times! This banging was worse than the noise coming from the nightclub! Needless to say we got very little sleep. The breakfast was disappointing. I don’t mind cooking it myself but it was very limited. Bread. Small selection of cereal. Egg each. Yukky skimmed milk. Not worth the extra money! Free public car parking.. if you are extremely lucky! We drove around several times and parked a few streets away as it’s sooooo busy! Be prepared to walk. I certainly will not be staying here again.

The owner fully opened the window on both days we were out, which left our room insecure from the outside. The only milk available to use was skimmed.

Location was very close to the beach. Breakfast was good ,as we were leaving before 8am we were shown where everything was and aloud to sort out our own breakfasts.

Only problem was getting a taxi for 8 am on a Sunday but we did eventually get one after around making about 8 calls

It feels like we were at home

We stayed here with two children. Irina is such a lovely host. She welcomed us to her place like a family member. We didn't book breakfast but Irina cooked for us very tasty panckakes in the morning as a kind gesture. Very welcoming and comfy. Warm and positive feeling.

Didnt stay had to book in at another Hotel at 11 p.m!!

On arrival the room was old fashioned but clean and comfortable.

Everything!! The pictures on booking.com dont match what the room is actually like, and is some where completely different. The host at first appearred to be friendly but after a little while became over bearing. Room wasnt ready and came back to complete that, and then came back several times with the keys and constantly interuppting whilst we were their. Also stood in the hall way outside the bedroom door or in the kitchen which made my 13 year old daughter and myself feel very uncomfortable. Also rang me several times to ask if we had locked the door at the top of the stairs and if we had left our room yet. We spent a total of a hour in our room before going out to meet family as felt extreamly uncomfortable in the flat, and no privacy at all. On returning to the flat at 9 pm, we found the host had locked us out of the apartment and we ended up being locked in the dark in a narrow stairwell. Took several attempts to contact the host via phone call and then was abrupt and aggressive when answered the phone, and stated that she was out for the evening and would have to wait several hours for her to return to unlock the door. This left me and my daughter either to stand in a dark entrance hall as the lights are on a push timer button and kept going off or outside in the street. By 11 p.m my daughter was crying and afraid and I was getting to the point where I thought we were going to end up sleeping on the road. So managed to book in another hotel as an emergency. At 12 a.m recieved a message to state the door was now unlocked. I had to get my Father from his hotel to retrieve our belongings as couldnt access anything. The host was very aggressive and shouting, and my Father had to stand in front of the host so I could get our things- thankfully I hadnt unpacked as had only spent a total of a hour in that room. This completely wrecked our holiday, and was extreamly scary experiance for both myself and my daughter!! I would avoid this place at all costs!!@
