Super stay with lots to do in easy reach, lovely hosts.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the scrambled eggs. The room had everything we needed and the steps up to the 3rd floor helped to offset a few of the calories from Breakfast! Great location for shopping and evening out, we just popped back to the car to leave the shopping in the boot. Fab array of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Ian and Tracy were very attentive hosts without intruding. A lovely weekend away.

Breakfast was amazing. Ian and Tracy asked if we needed any more toast and coffee but there was more than enough.

Parking is on the street so you take your chances, though we did find parking close to the accommodation.

Great location, comfortable spacious room, excellent breakfast.

Excellent town centre location in a quiet residential street very close to promenade and pier. We booked a superior king room at the front of the hotel on the first floor which was very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with the advantage of a comfortable sofa in the bay window. Spacious ensuite bathroom. The full welsh breakfast was exceptional with generous proportions. Hosts Ian and Tracy were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return the next time we visit Llandudno.

Although the room and bed were very comfortable the pillows were too soft for our liking. Everything else was superb.

From arrival to departure both Ian and Tracey made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast menu had a variety of options to choose from which included full English, fresh fruit and yoghurt, cereals and toast. The room was laid out well and the bed was very comfy. The property was spotless throughout. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone wishing to stay in Llandudno and it is only a 5 minute walk from the pier and beach.

All excellent except for parking in busy periods it would be impossible.as a person with mobility issues it would bean issue and not first choice purely because of the parking and my circumstances .all was exemplary in the hotel sparkling throughout ,good quality fixtures and fittings food good proprietors lovely people.

Not owners fault just parking in summer would be hard if disabled
