Room was bright and very clean. Had all amenities we needed. We were able to leave our luggage when we checked out, until we went for our train.
not much we didn't like. would have liked a flat sheet next to duvet,as it was very warm with a duvet

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, we were shown to our lovely room with rooftops and Mountain Views. The room was well equipped with everything you need, the beds were comfortable, the on suite was beautiful and had free toiletries. The guest house is very quiet, the road and seagull noise was virtually non existent! Free parking on street outside and surrounding areas. The owners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent value for money and will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Llandudno.
