Had a great stay at Arvon, staff were friendly, informative and helpful and the rooms were ideal

Staff very friendly and helpful. Made our stay a pleasure and went out of their way to ensure we had somewhere to park our car when returning from days out. Rooms were clean, tidy and had all the facilities we needed

Amazing comfortable home from home stay will highly recommend

Great location Cleanliness was spot on Comfortable bed Modern bathroom Tea and coffee facilities Extra little touches Quiet hotel From the moment me and my son arrived we were greeted by Adele and joe they showed us to our room and I’d only booked 1 room for us both joe said would we like another room( free of charge) for my son so we didn’t have to share more room for us both they gave him next door to me which I thought was so kind of them to do this also they accommodated my needs by putting fans in our room I cannot fault anything about the rooms and the bathroom they were spotless ( high praise to the cleaner I’ve done the job so I know how hard it can be ) it had everything you need and some extra touches The beds were so comfy and a modern bathroom and large shower tea and coffee facilities and daily housekeeping If you want peace and quiet (other than the seagulls) I highly suggest you book the arvon house It was a short walk to the main shopping area and the pier and there are lots of eating places to choose from I would highly recommend this hotel to others

A fantastic guest house, in the heart of Llandudno!

Excellent location, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, fantastic attention to detail throughout. Very comfortable bed. Plus the host - extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Could not have asked for more! :-)

The parking could be an issue for some but we were lucky and managed to get a spot in the street very close to the property… but parking is becoming available all the time, especially lots of spaces available in the evening

Great stay no matter how long your break!

Welcoming atmosphere and hosts; thoughtful practical things, e.g. a communal area with fridge, shelves for storing food and additional crockery, glasses, tin /can opener & cutlery. Sunny seating area outside, and a living room for wet weather lounging (not used as weather fine!) Refreshments in the room always topped up too :-)

Can't think of anything, although parking in Llandudno is a challenge, but were able to park in or around the road we stayed in.

Home away from home, charming, clean

The place is clean and feels newly renovated with good taste. There is no breakfast, but you can make your own coffee or tea. Joe and Adele are the nicest hosts I've ever met.

Lovely stay

Lovely spacious room with comfortable furnishings and was exceptionally clean. Extra room with fridge, iron, cutlery and crockery etc was very useful. Owners very friendly, helpful, welcoming and informative about the local area. Location was just a very short walk to the town, beach, amenities and buses. Would definitely recommend and will return when in the area again.

No negatives at all was a lovely stay. Breakfast isn’t available at the premises but lots of places to eat at very nearby, so wasn’t a problem for us.

Perfect anniversary break

Loved our stay here at Arvon House. Beautiful b&b in an amazing location, so close to everything we needed, it was perfect. Joe and Adele were fab hosts, so friendly and welcoming with incredible knowledge of the area. The room we stayed in was lovely, so bright and airy with plenty of space, had everything we need, they've thought of everything and the room is done to such a high standard. We had such a perfect stay for our wedding anniversary and we're already looking at when we can come back to stay!

Argon House was spotlessly clean & in an ideal position. The owner was very welcoming & was always available should we require anything. If you are lucky enough to find a vacancy then don’t hesitate to book.

We were made so welcome by Joe and Adele. Joe showed us to our lovely room and gave us a rundown of everything we needed to know. The room was really spacious and immaculate. The guestt house is in the perfect location for the town, sea front and has lots of places around to get food

Comfortable, practical, clean.

Welcoming and comfortable, the room was bright with a large bow window. There is a small fridge in a separate room that can be used along with corkscrews and glasses, don’t need to disturb anybody and was exactly what was needed. Ideal position, managed to park on the road with no issue.
