Just a happy made feeling, most of the people there was a there 2nd 3rd time at Audley

just returned from Audley Guest House, for new year Carol and Danny treated us like family, Breakfast was great plenty to choose from hot and plenty..rooms, beds shower lovely hot water, plenty of tea coffee, toiletries, home made cakes, chocolate, new years day, prosecco at breakfast to toast new year, balloons ..the personal family touch, we will definitely be back. a big thank you again Carol and Danny keep on smiling you two. love Marie and Mike xxxxxxxxxxx

Comfortable and clean room, great location: very close to the centre and beach and in a quiet street. Lovely hosts who tweaked the breakfast to meet my personal preferences. The homemade cake waiting for us upon arrival was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect just round the corner to all amenities. Room was clean and everything was fantastic, even got a piece of cake from Carol the owner, bed was very comfortable had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was superb, Daz had full English both days, I had smoked salmon the first day (delicious) then the knickerbocker Breakfast on Sunday. Even did it without strawberries cause I’m allergic to them.

Thoughtful and lovely hosts

The location is wonderful, in the centre but not on the main street so you get some restful sleep. Carol and Danny were marvellous, very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. There are loads of restaurants nearby and the tramway and beach are a 5 minute walk. The Breakfasts were amazing! Hearty and delicious, my boyfriend couldn't stop raving about the mushrooms!! A few updates to the bathroom would be a bonus, but the room was immaculate. Tea and coffee was plentiful and you get a personal touch that is lost in budget hotels these days. A really lovely place to stay.

Delightful guesthouse for stay in Llandudno

Bright and fresh room with good shower ensuite, very comfortable bed as well as lounge chairs that were lovely for sitting on with a cup of tea. Carol was an amazing host cooking delicious full breakfasts with plenty of choices available. She treated us to a yummy chocolate banana cake on our arrival. Other staff gave wonderful friendly service, helping with luggage and suggesting places to visit. It was a delight to stay in Carol’s beautiful guesthouse while we explored around Llandudno, with town centre, promenade and pier close by. Catching tramway up Great Orme was a great day out too.

A Brilliant B&B with Brilliant Hosts

Our hosts Carol and Danny were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfasts were delicious and Location was excellent and we even got free parking on the road outside the Guest house.

Our friendly seagull who was our alarm clock but hey we were there to see the sights so a reminder to get out of the super comfy bed was needed ❤️

Wonderful stay in a fabulous run bnb

Wonderful stay at this lovely b&b. Friendly staff. Lovely brightly decorated room, loved the bnb is painted yellow too! Really spacious room and the bed was sooooo comfy! Delicious breakfast, loved the option of having the breakfast knickerbocker glory! And loved the cake in our room, so thoughtful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Llandudno!

Lovely stay - definitely recommend

Brilliant breakfast and the hosts were lovely. Carol and Danny were so nice and helpful both times we have stayed. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is brilliant. Recommend the Knickerbocker breakfast if you want something fruity and filling in the morning!

Delicious breakfast, lovely hosts, super clean, in a good location

The couple running the guest house is lovely. The breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of different breakfast dishes. The guesthouse is situated in the middle of town, very close to the pier and restaurants and shops. You can park in the street in front of the house for free. It is very quiet, you hear nothing but a few seagulls. Everything is perfectly clean.

The mattress was sloping to the left side and saggy.

Lovely house and made us feel very welcome

Right in the centre very easy to walk to everything never used are car until we were going home. Very clean everything you need in your room and Carol & Danny we’re so helpful pleasant and welcoming

No lift we were on 3rd floor did not bother us good exercise but it might be a problem for people with mobility issues
