Great location right on the seafront, with lovely view & close to everything.
We were given a nice warm welcome from the owner & our room was lovely & spacious.
Parking was abit of a nightmare, i chose this hotel partially because it said parking available, but there were only afew spaces & they were all taken. The owner directed us to alternative parking which we were grateful of, which was free but approx 15 minutes walk.
Room was very spacious but in need of a spruce up. Rusty bathroom fittings & towels were clean but abit grey & pulled.
The tea & coffee in the room was quite basic & the table cloth they were on was somewhat grubby.

Great location, right in the middle of everything. Manager was helpful did get us a fan when we asked as it does say outside fans in ever room, another couple staying said there wasn’t one in there room either . breakfast was nice
Room we used really needed an update, bathroom door very grubby looking and skirting boards need to see a duster . Feels like I’m being very picky but Overall very very tired really needs some tlc. Room was extremely small but could be made to look a lot nicer with little effort and a jolly good clean . Curtains where useless, I’ll fitting, let so much light through.

Guy was a fabulous host, bed linen clean, the location was great, right on the seafront and near the town centre.
Excellent breakfast.
The only complaint is that the room had not been hoovered.

Location was good. Breakfast was good, apart from toast. Was allowed in room early as it was ready.
3 parking spaces but very tight. Unable to have a shower as water was cold. Didnt know time of breakfast. Lampshade full of dust. No breakfast menu.
