The size of room, excellent location.
A small coffee table by the window with sea views would be very useful, as it would eliminate the need to hold a cup of coffee in your hand.
The lack of hot water and heating in the early morning hours can be problematic for early risers.

Friendly welcome, nice warm&cosy room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of tea&coffee in room, more available if needed. Location was good,near to pier & start of prom. Cafes, close by. Would definitely consider this accommodation again.

Excellent location and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and a king size bed.
The only issue was the parking availability which is beyond the hotel control
