The location was very good as was the lovely sea view. Although I initially booked a double room for just myself, my husband stayed for 1 night for no extra charge. We only saw the receptionist for less than a minute but she was polite. We dealt more with the girls in the cafe next door who were helpful and let me leave my case with them on the day of departure, which I really appreciated. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was OK. Check out was quick and easy - just put the key in a box!

The hotel would benefit from a lick of paint and new carpets/furnishings to brighten it up. It would have been nice to have seen more of the hotel staff.

We got upgraded to seaview room for free which was very kind of them the room was gorgeous the bed was so comfy

Very friendly staff and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and the location was perfect. The little cafe inside is lovely (good coffee and cakes and I wished I had tried thise acai bowls)

The cleanliness was not great ; Really needs a breakfast option from 8 till 10 especially when travelling with kids and up early as there is not places in llanduno that early to offer breakfast. Does not have to be super fancy but would go a long way.

It was very central to everything / convenient location and very clean, albeit the roof / ceiling leak. Staff friendly.

There was evidence of water leaks in the ceiling /roof and although we had a nice view, the stairs to the top of the building to get to our room were a lot. We weren’t sure it was worth £140 a night.
