A lovely little hotel in Llandudno with kind staff and good facilities and not too expensive.

Breakfast was very good, included a cooked breakfast with whatever you wanted and overnight oats. The staff were lovely. The room was very clean. I was able to park in the grounds before the check in time. If I was staying in Llandudno again I would definitely stay here.

I have no complaints. The room size was adequate for me. If I had been with my husband it might have been a trifle small but then I would probably have been put in another room!

A good location in a friendly hotel situated centrally for both local facilities and exploring northern Wales.

Proprietors were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and serviced daily. The location was quiet and central to all the facilities. Breakfast was served quickly and adapted to individual requests. All in all a pleasant stay.

Superb!

Scrupulously clean, exquisitely furnished and lovely staff! Shower (even on the top floor) was superb! Little touches like sweeties on the stairs were nice! Breakfast was great, nice little bar for a nightcap!

Very minor but the untidy TV install in our room spoiled the otherwise immaculate finish of the rest of the property! No issue to us, but no lift!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous

What a wonderful place to stay in Llandudno. Easy access and free parking which is a true bonus. The property is immaculately maintained and as soon as you enter it feels relaxed and serene away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Our room was on the second floor and beautifully decorated. Tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water which was gratefully received in the warm weather we were having. The breakfast in the wonderful dining room was perfect . My sister and I loved our stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who likes the extra touches of quality and ambience

Personally I found the mattress and pillows a little firm but this is always down to personal preference. The room more than made up for this and I would definitely stay again!

A lovely boutique hotel. The decor was just right, very clean and modern. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the centre of Llandudno where there are a variety of restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Over a number of years we have staying in a variety of hotel in and around Llandudno. I can honestly say that this has been the best hotel and we will return.

The only criticism would be the pillows. They were very hard. Perhaps a hard and soft pillow to cater for most guests.

Everything was fine with us

The location is good, close to the coastline, shops and catering establishments.The breakfast is cooked superbly, the staff is attentive and friendly.

The room turned out to be cramped, they stumbled over the suitcase. The bathroom walls are decorated with cheap plastic panels. Usually in five-star hotels there is a refrigerator in the room, but here it is not. My wife and I didn't understand why we had to specify 5 stars.

I was very surprised with how nice their hotel was especially with how low the price was. It was very fancy and clean, the breakfast there was also really good. It was also really close to the beach about a 5-10 minute walk. I would 100 percent recommend staying here.

Our Anniversary weekend break

The Lansdowne House Boutique Hotel was decorated and furnished to a very high standard, it was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere, the room my wife and i stayed it was very clean and the bed was comfy, we had a good nights sleep, private parking was also provided with the booking and the breakfast was really good, the staff were very friendly, also the hotel is in walking distance to Landudno beach and pier and shops and restuarants, i would highly recommend this hotel and we would book this hotel again
