Russell Court by Orenda-Luxe

The view of the promenade and the sea was stunning. The interior decoration was very tastefully done. I was there for 2 weeks so I appreciated a comfortable sofa, bed and armchairs.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a popular but quiet location.

The advert could have made it clearer what individual apartments were like. What floor and their facilities. Some of the blinds were broken and the one on the sea front bedroom let through a lot of light in the morning.

Beautiful decor, a bit of luxury, very comfortable. Lovely bedding and hot showers/bath. All just lovely. A huge suite, so much room. Location perfect in this quieter end of town.

There was nothing we didn't like

The location was great. Right on the seafront with sea views. Just far enough out of town for quiet at night, but close enough for us to enjoy a leisurely stroll to town for shopping, entertainment and going for meals. The décor was very in fitting with the period property and it works well throughout the apartment. The beds were large and comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were all excellent. As I had our four year old with us, the apartment was well child-proofed and breakables were well out of reach of little hands. I found the contact and customer service from our hosts to be top notch and they were always readily available to help when needed. It is a great apartment, a lovely place and close to a shop for food shopping and necessities, and also has some nice take aways and shops just around the corner. We really enjoyed our little Welsh trip and will definitely plan to return when we come back to Llandudno!

Generally the apartment was great. The balcony section is part of the fire escape, so I assume they have to keep this clear as otherwise it could have done, perhaps with some garden furniture on it. But it was still a great breakout space for fresh air and to look at the hills and mountains in the distance. I found the beds a little high, but I have noticed this with quite a lot of properties of late, once in it they were extremely comfortable. Phone reception is not great in Llandudno and there didn't seem to be a welcome booklet in physical form, only the digital download form. So to get the WiFi code you need to download that form to get to it. This creates a bit of a paradox as if you have no signal you can't open the form to get the code. One of the two WiFi accounts didn't work, I tried all combinations of the same password but alas. Fortunately the back-up did work or I wouldn't have been able to log into the Television! I would advise anyone staying to screenshot both the key lock box code and WiFi password before they arrive at the address.
