Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinner. Room very comfortable and clean and very reasonable rates so booked an extra night.

We dined at Tudno's Restaurant on the last night of our stay.
The food was very good but there was a long delay in service resulting in us being late for the event which we were attending.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Location in the perfect place. Breakfast was very good & a table service so everything was hot & cooked very well. The hotel was clean & tidy with great facilities & options. Cannot fault the place. The crowning glory of this hotel was the staff all are helpful friendly & go above & beyond to make sure your stay is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel is among the best I’ve ever stayed in.
Parking is an issue in the whole of Llandudno. Due to the council’s short sighted approach on introducing fee paying parking on most streets. I feel sorry for the hoteliers & staff who work hard to make a living & are hog tied with these short sighted regulations

Perfect location.
The service is very friendly, just like in other hotels. The hotel is located close to the sea. My family and I stayed at this hotel for the first time, and my opinion is not entirely positive. There was a mix-up with the rooms upon check-in. I booked a large room (161 sq ft), but I received a small room (129 sq ft).
The breakfast room was very nice, but the wait for breakfast was 25 minutes. I only ordered two fried eggs, one sausage, and bacon. (25 minutes).The bacon was very burnt and the eggs were also burnt.
My daughter ordered a full breakfast, and they forgot the sausage and toast. Regarding the room and housekeeping, the cleaner didn't change the towels.The towel had a hole in it. The room wasn't vacuumed, and the biscuit packets were open. There is a phone in the room, but there's no information on how to reach the front desk. Breakfast was better on Sunday. My review is only half-positive. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes.
I attribute these mistakes and oversights to the staff's fatigue.
