Lovely friendly hotel

Location was spot on and the breakfast was great the staff were very intentive and polite the service was really good you could order whatever you wanted everything is cooked to order the food was lovely.

The bar area shut early ( think because it's out of season) other than that we couldn't fault this hotel.

Friendly stay in a great location.

A lovely hotel in a brilliant location with super friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious and they made an effort to accommodate us when we needed to check out a little early. We had the family room with bunk beds which was great for taking with small kids as we still had our own space. Would very much recommend to people staying with families.

Great location but disappointing service

Location was excellent

Overnight the power failed in my friends room which I had booked and we attempted to contact the emergency number but nobody answered. I had no lights or power in my room overnight which was very inconvenient and disappointing. Our main concern was nobody would be available to contact in a more grave emergency. I complained in the morning but was only offered a discount on my next stay. As my friend lives in Japan and wouldn't be able to use the discount I was advised I would get a refund via booking.com. As yet no refund has arrived.

A night at the theatre.

Staff were friendly. Dining room was cosy with gas fire.

It was cold outside and the room was cold. The bed had a very thin summer duvet. The shower in the morning was only lukewarm at best.

Location was great, although there was no car park, it was easy and cheap enough to park outside the hotel. Very clean

All was ok on the whole, apart from all the lights went off in the middle of the night, power cut apparently, I understand these things happen but there was no explanation the next morning and the lights were on in the hall outside our room???

Lovely, small hotel in an excellent location close to the Pier! The Tudno Restaurant was good value for money, with good choices! All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay again!

Our room was adequate for our stay, but it was far too warm! The radiator seemed to be too large for the room!

Fabulous location, we stayed in the Alice suite, it was lovely, it had a huge whirlpool bath, the bed was so comfortable

Absolutely fabulous!

Hotel and restaurant absolutely stunnong, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we booked a room amd we were upgraded to a suite as it was for a special occasion, suite was lovely, spacious and clean, bed and bedding were super soft and luxurious, meals were delicious, homemade birthday cake was fresh and to die for. Definitely great value for money. They staff made our stay very special and will definitely be returning.

Exceptional hotel! By far the best in Llandudno!

Everything! By far the best hotel we have stayed at in Llandudno and we have been visiting for many years Llandudno is like our second home. Yes we have paid a bit more than usual but it was more than worth it to be so close to pier and the room was lovely comfy and clean, food was exceptional at the restaurant including breakfast you feel like a queen being waited on. Staff very friendly. We are booked to come back in dec for a Christmas break yay!

Great Hotel with a great Restaurant in a great Location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent, including the breakfast which came with so many choices. Room was spacious enough and we had a sea view (provided you were over five foot tall and could see out the window). Location was ideal, close to the pier, the Great Orme tramway and the city bus tour starting point. The shops and cafes were not too far away either.

Shower head in the bathroom was a bit leaky, but nothing a new rubber washer couldn't fix

Great weekend stay with our dog, fab location and staff, super clean and relaxed

Fab location, staff were lovely and they treated our dog Alice like royalty! Such a friendly and relaxed vibe, the room was super clean with a great shower, good bedding. Really good value and location

Did not meet expectations

Really good location, breakfast was good and helpful staff, service was good when asked for.

Unfortunately, our room was very small with no opportunity to upgrade and whilst we acknowledge this wasn't possible as it was a bank holiday weekend, our disappointment stemmed from feeling the room was not comparable to what we were sold based on the online description and photos of this room type. The bathroom extractor fan was dropping a lot of dust when it worked with an extremely loud noise. Our bedroom was almost like an attic cupboard under the stairs immediately next to the lift, which was not pleasant. There was a sewage smell from the window so we kept our windows closed at all times. The fire exit for our floor was through our room - is that even legal?! We voiced our discontent to the manager at the time, we were told they would talk to the owner, however, we have heard nothing further.
