Excellent breakfast and hosts made us feel really welcome. Superb accommodation all round.

Nothing, everything perfect

Fabulous hosts so very kind, friendly a down to earth hard working totally committed couple. An immaculately presented property, so highly deserving of winning Llandudno in bloom 🪴2 years running,the floral display this year must gain a hat trick. Nothing was to much trouble we even had our bags carried up to the top floor what a gent! My beautiful aging Pekinese pouch was wholeheartedly welcomed too, Prince Percival was even given his own bowl of sausage at breakfast. My best friend and I highly recommend this guest house 🏡 by the sea. Amazing thankyou so very much. Opps nearly forgot the Parlour tea room open 4 days a week wow yummy home made cakes 🎂 . Well done 👏 establishments of this standard are few and far between 😍

Not a thing.

A lovely place to stay. The location is very convenient for everything. Excellent breakfast and the cakes and scones in the tea room were gorgeous. Mick and Gail are so helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 3. The room and the bathroom were spacious and spotless. I would have no hesitation recommending this B&B.

This isn't a negative but the steps up to the property and the stairs to the rooms may not be suitable for some with mobility issues but again Mick will try to accommodate you on the lower floors. The walk in showers are helpful and give ease of access.

Gail and Mick were fabulous hosts. Attentive without being intrusive. Great breakfast. I particularly liked the 'green' touches - ecological loo roll, use of reusable hand cloths.
