Beautiful old Victorian house lots of old trinkets about very interesting
Loved it all can’t say i didn’t like anything Martin the owner lovely bloke full of knowledge about the area we even bought some of his own made jams we couldn’t fault it we took our yorkie no way could you smell animals extremely clean

Lovely homely Victorian house. Close walking distance to all the shops cafes the pier the tram plenty places to eat or grab a coffee. Very comfortable rooms. WiFi excellent Plenty of coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast absolutely fabulous. Nothing too much trouble for Martin the owner. A very friendly helpful guy. Definitely worth a stay.

House needs a declutter and modernising, so areas can be cleaned properly. Didn’t like the stairs, my fault should have booked a lower room. Parking was a problem but busy weekend.
