A very nice guest house, cosy, friendly and well run.

Could there be a smaller breakfast if you don’t want a full breakfast. This is a suggestion not a complaint.

Good place to stay - good facilities, friendly staff - close to the Llandudno sea front - food excellent, plenty of choice. Will stay here again when back in Llandudno.

Great Breakfast!

Breakfast was lovely - I only stayed one night, so can't really say much more. The owner Martin was helpful and friendly. Location was right in the middle of the town.

Bed wasn't that comfy - but could only stay one night instead of four.

We found the owner and his staff very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was lovely .The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. It was close to all amenities. Both of us and our two dogs were made very welcome. Thank you 😊

We found the parking difficult , even though it was free ...but you have to be quick to get in a space .... That would not put us off though

Homely Victorian elegance in the heart of Llandudno

The antique decoration complements this Victorian house perfectly with no lack of facilities. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and modern convenience put us immediately at ease. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the Palladium, pier, and seafront too. As a host, Martin is second to none. His warm and considerate personality is matched by a clear understanding of what his guests will need. He’s also an excellent chef, and was in the kitchen making kiwi-fruit jam when we arrived.

For us, there were no down-sides to our stay. In fact, being based at No.9 gave us the ideal base from which to explore the area. Thank you!

Wonderful hospitality in an ideal spot

Martin the owner was so welcoming. The room was lovely and quiet and bed and pillows so comfortable . An abundance of teas and coffees in room and Martin makes all his own preserves for breakfast from his trees and fruit bushes . It was wonderful . Went for my birthday weekend

Great stay - with a great host

Lovely little guest house. I would stay again - Martin was a great host and answered any questions (either in person or via the app promptly). The bed was really comfortable and good size. We brought our dog Ava and it was great to be able to stay in a place that is comfortable with dogs. There were other dogs there too - I love being around dogs so was lovely for me.

Martin is easy going, BnB very clean, no bar, but no great shakes. Comfy bed, clean room.

Clean, Martin was polite, accommodating nothing was too much trouble.

Our room was up too many stairs, lol, my wife struggles with coming down stairs, but she managed, and to be fair, Martin wouldn't have known anyway.

Excellent location. Fabulous breakfast. Value for money.

Location is excellent. It is at the town centre and close to tourist attractions, like the Gear Orme Tramways and the Happy Valley Cable Car station. Also, Martin is a great host, we were warmly welcomed (we arrived 45 mins earlier than check in time) and make you feel like home. Breakfast is marvellous with variety of choices and cooked when ordered. We enjoyed it at a well decorated Victorian style dining room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Martin!

Everything! Starting with the lovely welcome. The room was lovely, clean and quiet and very comfortable. Martin really thought of everything, lovely box of toiletries in the bathroom, wonderfully stocked tea tray. And then it was breakfast time!!! What a BREAKFAST. The choices are pretty much all you can ever think of, and the quality of the food is excellent. All in all first class stay. Definitely will be going back, later in the year hopefully
