Location, convenience and a warm feeling as you walk though the hotel.
All local amenities and entertainment within a short walk.
The housekeeping staff noisy from 8am in the morning. If you have room 109 (or 110 for that matter) be mindful that you will be disturbed if not an early riser, even if you have the “sssh do not disturb” sign on your door. The housekeeping cupboard/room is close by and they talk, shout, speak loudly to each other and periodically are on the telephone (mobile I assume).

Great location, and really dog friendly
I was in room 107 and it was extremely small, it's a good job my dog was only small. There was barely any room to move, so no room for a dog bed. Couldn't even use the mirror at the end of the bed. I'm guessing this room isn't used a lot as it was very dusty, even the tv remote had dust on it
